Perfect house for a large family, So well equiped with great hosts

It was well set up for a Family get away. Had all the amenities that we needed.

The location is perfect being walking distance to the beach and only a few moments to town. The house is beautifully presented and super comfortable for all guests.

We had a wonderful holiday with family. Great spaces to be together or to have a little privacy when wanted. Great location.

The App and website didn't show each question despite my refresh. I gave up and all give 3 stars.he house itself is lovely—spacious and well laid out, comfortably accommodating all 11 of us. The location is fantastic, and the second-floor view of the sea, especially at sunrise, is absolutely stunning. We also appreciated the caretaker who was responsive and replied promptly to our messages throughout the stay.However, there were serious cleanliness concerns that affected our experience. When we checked in, we immediately noticed cockroaches running around. As we settled in, more insects appeared from various places—including the coffee machine, toaster, and even just as we moved around the kitchen. It was clear there was an insect infestation issue that had not been addressed.Additionally, the three kettles provided were unusable due to rust and heavy staining. Upon raising this with the caretaker, he suggested we buy a new one and claim the cost from him. We did exactly that, submitted the receipt, and even sent him photos—but as of now, 8 days after checking out, we still haven’t been reimbursed.In summary, the house has great potential in terms of space and location, but the hygiene and maintenance standards are far below expectations. I’ve attached a photo of the kettle, the receipt, and our conversation with the caretaker for reference. I hope future guests will see improvements on these fronts.

Loved the big balcony and beautiful view of the bay! Moondance was the perfect home base for our down south celebration of 30 years of friendship.

relaxing, enjoyable and hassle free. a pleasant stroll gets you to town for a coffee. hang out and stare into the ocean with ramdom distant whale sightings. plenty of rooms in the house with a comfy couch

Excellent property for family, from 3 year old great grand daughter, teenagers and others of all ages to us 2 80 year olds celebrating our 80th year. The games room was great catering for all ages and across the road to the ocean for a swim and a bit of fishing, the walk into town was a pleasant 20-30 minutes.

We had a fantastic time at this house, fully equipped, easy to deal with, the location was amazing. Easy check in, property manager was so lovely to deal with and responded very quickly. Everything listed was provided. Thank you

We celebrated an 80th birthday with our family. The 7 bedrooms were well positioned and more than adequate number of sitting areas, although we used the main area and balcony most of the time. There was everything you could possibly need and more to enjoy your time there. Would highly recommend it and hope we have an opportunity to use it again.

Great location, games room kept teens entertained. Enjoyed the balcony ,for a wine and cheese night.
