The Space:

Accommodating up to 12 guests, this welcoming 2 level open floor plan makes it easy for your group to spend time together AND find quiet moments to yourself.

- Bedroom 1 - master (upstairs): King bed, ensuite bathroom

- Bedroom 2 (downstairs, pool view): Queen bed

- Bedroom: 3 (downstairs, garden view): Double bed

- Bedroom 4 (downstairs, street view): 2x King Single bed

- Bedroom 5 (separate self-contained studio): Queen bed and Queen sofa bed (will be set up only for 11 & 12 guests, or on your request)

- Portacot with sheets available at the property



Bathrooms:

- Bathroom 1: jetted spa bath and walk-in shower, separate toilet

- Bathroom 2: ensuite in master bedroom upstairs

- Bathroom 3: walk-in shower with toilet in studio

➤ You have the option to request for more supplies, towels, change of linen or housekeeping cleaning during your stay at an additional cost.



Guest Access:

You'll be able to access the entire property and have it to yourself.



Self check-in, the key is placed in a lockbox at the property (you will receive your unique code in the morning of your check in for security reasons).



Check in from after 3 PM

Check out before 10 AM



Early check in is subject to availability. We will notify you automatically the day before if early check in is available. Late check out is often not available due to accepting last minute same day bookings.



Other Things to Note:

A NOISE MONITORING DEVICE IS INSTALLED AT THE PROPERTY to ensure guests' compliance with our house rules. Please note the home is located in a quiet residential area and out of respect for our neighbours, it is STRICTLY NOT suitable for parties or loud gatherings. Failure will result in security call out charges and instant cancelation without refund will apply.



HOUSE RULES:

- no smoking

- pets allowed (excl. furniture and carpeted areas in bedrooms)

- no parties/events

- no extra guests other than agreed at the time of booking

- no loud music/noise (quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am)
