Property was in good shape, met all my needs. Oliver quickly responded to my request for a slightly higher AC temp setting. I will be back.

This place was everything that I expected. The place is clean and the area is quiet. More importantly, the host was very communicative and attentive. I plan to return soon and I will book thos dpot ASAP.

The home was clean and is in a nice neighborhood. Less than 15 minutes from everbank stadium. The host responded immediately to all of our messages. Will def stay again if in the area. Go Bills 🦬

The house was very clean with plenty of space for us.

Very nice and cozy house. Charming home and comfortable to fit my whole family. Everything was clean as well when entering the home.

The only feedback I have is there was no information in their guest booklet about WiFI or log in even though the listing stated there was WiFi.

The process of checking in and out was very smooth. The setup of the property is nice as well, it worked for my family and I. My issue was that there was a slight pest problem that I encountered in the kitchen that was already known to the host. I don't deal with certain type of bugs at home, so i would like to not deal with them on vacation either. The property has everything you need.

We were celebrating my birthday with a matching pajama sleep over and the spacing was phenomenal !! The house felt like home .. the neighborhood was quite and peaceful ❤️

Our stay went really well. The house was clean, organized, and safety measures in place. The neighborhood and surrounding area were also nice. The hosts responded in a timely manner when contacted.

The host was initially helpful in communicating with us to know the local weather conditions due to a hurricane. We were able to make the trip and initially were pleased with the house when we arrived. As we got settled in, we noticed some concerns. The security panel facing the living room has a camera on it. We immediately contacted the host, who told us there is no camera inside of the home. We contacted VRBO who confirmed that there is in fact a camera on this model security camera (it is clearly a camera on top of the panel), but that it only takes photos when you touch the panel. The hosts denial of this and insistence that a camera doesn’t exist was frustrating. Be warned- there is a camera but it does not take Live Photos apparently. Knowing this would have saved us hours of concern. The outside of the home was well maintained and our kids enjoyed playing in the yard. There were some concerns as we stayed throughout the weekend - we discovered on day two that there were wet clothes (bras etc) left in the washing machine. The walls are very dirty. The pots and pans are horribly chipped teflon. There are k cups provided but a regular coffee maker and no Keurig. There was a melted dishwasher pod in the dishwasher. There are very few kitchen items (no measuring cup, strainer, etc.) and the items that were provided- like a can opener, were broken. Overall, the home was fine but we would not give this a 5 star review by any means.

Very comfortable place with enough room for 4 adults to not be in each others way. Perfect location for our needs. Kitchen had everything needed.

Overall was a good stay. Beds were comfortable and the house was as advertised. We did have one hiccup on the A/C not working properly but the owners were quick to resolve the problem. Thank you again for assisting with that, would likely stay there again in the future.
