3 bedroom beach access house for rent in sunny, private Culloden Shores, Montauk. Walk down street 1 block to private beach. Generally we rent during the months of July and August through Labor Day.. Pls contact me if you would like to discuss a longer period. Thank you for your interest.

This is an expanded single level fully modern home featuring air conditioning and state of art luxuries. Inside and out customized and refurbished with modern amenities for sophisticated and discerning guests looking for a quiet neighborhood and adult level vacation. Outside excels with a outside deck. Nicely decorated in Hamptons Beach theme, all amenities updated and upgraded. New furnishings and appliances. This house is designed for families and is not available as a group home nor suitable for parties.

Modern 3 bedroom, 2 baths, 2 skylights, great outdoor deck, an outdoor shower cabana you will choose even in the rain. Wood-burning fireplace. 'Loft Style' high ceilings. Very well appointed and decorated home for the discerning family. Beach chairs and sand toys ready to go! Gourmet kitchen and sophisticated furnishings.

Pull out couch in family room.
No car needed to enjoy the area or drive 2 miles into Town or Ocean Beaches. 1 Mile to Long Island Railroad! Taxi Services on call.

Absolutely NO pets, NO smoking or vaping inside. House is NOT child proof and there is a lot of custom woodwork, glass, wall mounted electronics and expensive furnishings. Toddler-age is not a good fit due to all of the above.

Available late July through mid September.

You must be over 25 and provide rental references. This is not a Group house, party house, Prom house, or summer worker house. No smokers, no pets! This is our family home not a commercialized summer rental.

Great Summer Family Getaway: The Culloden house is away from the hustle and bustle of the town but still close enough to get there in minutes. It's a semi-private neighborhood, in that it is not a thoroughfare - nobody's 'driving through'. The beach entrance is a block from the driveway, and the house is close enough to the docks to walk. Even as kids, we walked or biked to the shops and enjoyed the boats and birds. People are friendly.

    If you want to relax this is the place. The neighborhood is very quite. You are a 5 min walk to a private beach and about a mile from the Montauk harbor area. Most importantly, the property is spotless.

    My family and I have stayed at this house quite a few times and we always have a wonderful time. Todd is a great host and makes sure you have everything you need. The location is perfect with a private beach a block away and a fast ride to town. Looking forward to our next visit

    Everything in the house was great. The place was very clean and well maintained. You could tell the owners cared for the house very well. Proximity to the beach is incredible. Would definitely rent this place again. Perfect for a small family.
