We are located in one of the best hunting and fishing areas of Montana with thousands of BLM acres just across the street and within 6 miles of one of the best trout fly fishing streams. Some of the other interesting things are, the historic Lewis and Clark trail as well as being near the Continental Divide trail. Stayed Jul 19, 2024The property was absolutely great. The inside was immaculate, the grounds tree lined and beautiful, and the huge deck gave us a secluded place to visit and enjoy the area .

Stayed Jul 23, 2025Very nice, extremely clean, safe, and quiet house. Beds were very comfortable. Jill was very nice to work with. Plan on bringing ziplocks, Saran Wrap, bowls with lids, condiments, etc if you need that kind of stuff. Exactly what she says on the listing is exactly what is available. It is a very beautiful area close to the reservoir. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area. Directions from Jill made getting to the house easy. We weren’t there much except to sleep so no pictures of the house to post.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025There is NO AC it was 93 in the house and 83 outside it was very hot inside. There was NO cellular service NO internet which wouldn’t have been a problem if they would’ve had a landline for us to use, but there wasn’t one of those either. I do have to say they have a very beautiful place. It was very clean.

Stayed May 16, 2025Everything was great except for no WiFi or cell service. We have spouses and children who need to be able to reach us. And weather and flights we couldn’t check. Also 5,000 deposit or forced 149 insurance was ridiculous for a place with nothing of value to be damaged. Very hard to plan excursions, connect with friends or make dinner plans when you have to drive to the main road for cell service but only if you have AT&T. Verizon and Sprint didn’t work. No TVs here either. No weather or news.

Stayed May 22, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this peaceful and relaxing retreat. Coffee on the porch was my favorite. The views are amazing…loved the quiet mornings. The kids loved running around on the expansive lawn.

Stayed May 3, 2024We love to fish and hunt. Amazing place that offers all of that. Unfortunately we were on the motorcross track all weekend. Very comfortable place to relax after a long day at the track.
