Stayed Dec 26, 2024Great location. Listing description was accurate and place was generally clean. Maintenance issues detracted from the overall experience and were disappointing, particularly for a professionally-managed rental. Place is dimly lit to start with, and many lights had burned out bulbs. Lamps in master bedroom run on AA batteries, which were dead. Constantly-malfunctioning water leak detection system kept shutting off all water to entire unit, requiring manual reset in lower level, until it wouldn't reset at all and host was endlessly argumentative about sending someone to fix and restore water service (they ultimately did). Baking pan was inside refrigerator collecting dirty water dripping from somewhere in freezer. Persistent odor of sewage in lower level bedroom was unpleasant, as were the bags of trash left inside from the previous guests.
