Stayed Dec 31, 1969The entire experience from beginning to end was easy. The property itself was clean, exactly as shown in the photos, had comfortable furniture, bedding and nice touches everywhere. The unit had coffee, hot chocolate and tea which was nice, the hot tub was PERFECT after a long day of hiking and was the ultimate reason we chose this property, the entire outside space was welcoming and charming. Plenty of towels and everything worked great. Communication between owner was easy and fast. My only feedback (which is small) would be more wine glasses, there were only 2 and 1 appeared cracked. There were only 2 of us staying, but if we did have a full house this super tiny aspect would be an easy fix. I would highly recommend this property and would totally consider staying again in the future. THanks

Stayed Jan 16, 2026This house was great. The location is great, the house was clean and spacious. We loved the hot tub, the candy dispenser things for kids, and the comfortable living room/tv set up. This was a great time place to stay for all of our nearby adventures.

Stayed Nov 26, 2025This is a really comfortable condo for our family of four. It’s centrally located in Kanab and served as a great base location for our vacation. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. There are plenty of cooking utensils and spices on hand, although only 5 drinking glasses. There was plenty of room for our family of four and we didn’t feel on top of one another. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return.

Stayed Sep 10, 2025It was a perfect stay for my friends and I for some hiking in Zion and Bryce. The house was very clean and we had plenty of room for the four of us. We really enjoyed the hot tub at night. It was clean as well and very comfortable. The house was very easy to communicate with and responsive. I would highly recommend this day if you are coming out to Kanab.
