Designed to make the most of its harbourside setting, the open-plan lounge diner is a bright and inviting space. Large windows frame the beautiful views, allowing natural light to flood in, while comfortable seating ensures a cosy spot to watch the ever-changing river scene.
There is a well-equipped kitchen features an electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher for added convenience. Whether you’re preparing a full meal or a quick snack, this modern kitchen has everything you need. The master bedroom enjoys river views, making it the perfect spot to wake up and watch the world go by and there is a second bedroom is a second twin bedroom to the rear of the property. There is a newly renovated shower room with WC, and washbasin. The property has solid oak doors and gas central heating throughout.Situated in a prime location in West Looe, the apartment is just a short stroll to the town centre, where you'll find independent shops, cafés, restaurants, and traditional pubs. Looe Beach is just a 15-minute walk away, or for a quicker route, you can hop on the foot ferry (when the tide is in), which conveniently cuts down the walking time.
West Quay House has on-site parking, which operates on a first come, first served basis, with three spaces shared between four apartments. For additional parking, a long-stay car park is just a 5-10 minute walk away, where a weekly ticket costs around £25.

    Beautiful clean apartment with amazing views from all the main windows along the harbour across to East Looe. We all enjoyed watching harbour life it was like being on the water - really lovely. Sardine Factory restaurant very close fabulous fish dishes. There is only a small fridge with small freezer part and no freezer (it does say in the write up which I missed).

    Lovely apartment, clean and modern. Location is perfect, a short walking distance to the shops, restaurants and beach. There’s even a small boat that ferries passengers across the harbour every few minutes if you don’t want to walk the long way round. Parking is a bit hit and miss, as there are fewer spaces outside the property as there are properties, and it’s first come first served, so bear that in mind. However it’s a wonderful place to stay for families or small groups. Highly recommended.

    Stayed many times here it’s simply lovely I didn’t move much from the apartment as the view is the best spent most of the holiday in the reclining chair perfect wind down

    I have stayed in no 3 many times.it is a wonderful apartment, fully equipped with everything you could need and more. Spotlesly clean , really comfortable. And views that make you think you have gone to heaven.you would be hard pushed to find better.

    The apartment as before was spotless, everything we needed. Most relaxing, beautiful views over the harbour plenty of pubs and eating places to hand. We will return again at some stage, next year is our 50th wedding anniversary so maybe Looe maybe on the cards again.

    The property is situated in the perfect place overlooking the tidal river Looe, providing stunning views of the wildlife, harbour, fish market and boats. Close enough for everything to be easily reached but quiet enough for a relaxing holiday. The apartment is more than adequately furnished, very clean, well-supplied with cooking utensils, crockery, pots, pans and cutlery etc., including some basic supplies to set you up if you've forgotten to bring them with you. Could not fault it and no doubt will return. I am disabled but apart from two steps down from the external door the accomodation is all on one level and I managed well. Looe, as usual, put on a magnificent firework display to welcome in the New Year and the atmosphere was electric. This is the seventh year out of the last ten years we have spent in Looe and definately won't be the last. Many thanks to Cornish Collection for handling a booking speedily and efficiently.
