The Space:

Welcome to my unique property! It’s a remodeled single-family home that's been thoughtfully divided into two affordable units, each with its own private, secure entrance. Whether you’re here for business, relaxation, or a bit of both, you'll have all the privacy you need in your unit. The only shared space is public street parking, so please keep that in mind when you arrive.



While the home is quiet and peaceful, just like any apartment or hotel, you might hear the usual sounds of daily life—like voices or footsteps from neighboring spaces. If you experience any disturbance, feel free to reach out. I want you to feel comfortable and at ease during your stay.



The home is equipped with a traditional heating and cooling system and a smart thermostat for added convenience. You can adjust the temperature from your phone if needed. The temperature is usually kept between 68-72°F, but if you'd like a little extra warmth or a breeze, each unit also has stationary fans and space heaters for your comfort.

This home may be listed for sale during your stay. If a showing is requested, we’ll always give at least 24 hours’ notice and check with you first. Showings are completely optional and only happen with your approval. They’re typically quick (about 15 minutes), and a licensed real estate agent will be present the entire time. No need to tidy up or do anything special — we understand you’re living in the space. If you have pets, we just ask that they’re crated or taken with you during any approved showing for everyone’s safety. We’ll always do our best to keep any disruption to a minimum and appreciate your flexibility!

    We had to leave aftre one night, found evidence of bedbugs including bedbug feces and a live bedbug.

    Checking into the property was a breeze. We were given a code quickly to get in and were allowed in an hour early at no charge. Upon arriving at the residence is when the problems began. Walking into the backyard and walking down the stairs, there was dirt, spider webs, and wasps. Once we entered the downstairs unit it appeared clean. This is when the problems began. We went to use the dishes/silverware and they were filthy in the cabinets and drawers. (Found out later that the dishwasher did not clean, in fact it made dishes dirtier, so we washed everything during our 9 day stay by hands). We had to wash all the dishes and silverware by hand before using. Our feet and socks were BLACK on the bottom of them after walking on the tile floor. No mops were available so my husband had to use our beach towel and dish soap to wash BY HAND the floor as they were filthy. Went to make coffee, and the coffee machine did not work. We were hot and went to find the thermostat, that was LISTED IN THE HALLWAY, only to find out it is IN THE UPPER UNIT and you had NO control over your temperature in your home. Went to look for the fans that were listed to be in the home, there were no fans. No ceiling fans either, so there was NO WAY to move the air in the downstairs when it was hot. We had to BUY two fans to keep the area livable. We killed multiple spiders EVERY DAY, in all the rooms and the bathroom. Then we went to fall asleep and were awoken at 12:00AM by the upstairs tenants, ...

    We needed a place to stay near Swedish Medical Center. Our host was polite and very efficient. He went above and beyond to assist us. My favorite part was tvs in every room.

    Unfortunately, we checked in and quickly realized that the unit is a basement redo. It has its own entrance in the backyard. The house above the unit was rented by a family with at least one small child. We could hear their conversations clearly & their child crying and running around. We ended up leaving within 1 hour of check in bc there was no way this was going to be acceptable. If you rent this unit just beware that if the upstairs is occupied it will be VERY LOUD. Also, the exterior of the house and upkeep of the exterior is not as nice as the pictures but the inside was fine.

    We had a few bumps in the beginning because of description of how many rooms and beds was incorrect. We communicated with Jeff and he worked on getting it resolved quickly. This location is a house not a duplex. You will stay in the basement of the house. I read the reviews previously that you can hear the noise from upstairs. This is very correct! The place is nice and clean. If you are cold natured, I would bring extra blankets. The AC worked great but it was a bit chilly.

    We enjoyed the space and the beds were comfortable. I was a bit confused by the listing saying that there was a twin bed and a pull out couch but there was only the pull out when we arrived. We had a bit of an issue with the towels provided. We booked the place for 6 people but only 4 small shower towels were provided. The pull out bed was also very dirty when we got there but there were clean sheets in the bedroom closet that we had to put on. We did use the kitchen which was nice but we didn’t bring olive oil or any spray for the pans and there wasn’t any provided.

    This location was perfect for what we needed and was very centrally located. Communication with the host was great and we enjoyed our stay. You are located in the lower section so you will hear your neighbors upstairs but we did not mind just keep that in mind if noises bother you. Overall a good stay for our family of three

    It was an awful experience.. the place was filthy. Human and dogs hair all over the couch and beds even in the bathroom drawers .. I contacted the host after 3 hours they said they would send someone to clean.. later that night I started seeing spiders in the house.. I killed 7 spiders during 2 hours of staying.. so I decided to leave the place .. because the host said that the cleaning people will take care of the spiders too !!! And informed them that im leaving due to extreme lack of cleaning and how dangerous the place to my kids And they still refuse to pay me back for the remaining days.. so i toll pics of the place and record the conversation and I’m calling my lawyer immediately to file a lawsuit against them and the company who let these scam rent their place.
