Situated on a quiet street minutes from the airport, and blocks from the Coastal Trail, our freshly remodeled, four bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhome is spread out over three floors and sleeps eight.
One king in the master (with a private bathroom); one queen downstairs; and two full beds upstairs; in addition to an air mattress and pack-n-play (upon request). There are two separate living areas, a south facing yard, and plenty of parking spots on the public street.

Stayed Aug 19, 2025Property was a great spot for us to access the airport and utilize as a base for regional travel to sites. Setup of the unit offered privacy for everyone in our six person group. Neighborhood was quiet and site was very clean with all of the same cities we needed.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025Communication with the host was great but the house was a bit old and run down. Had a pretty bad pet smell as well. It was decorated nicely and pretty spacious but not furnished well at all. Towels cookware ect. Overall mediocre at best

Stayed Dec 8, 2024I rented this home so my parents could help watch my kids in a kid friendly home while we were visiting Anchorage/Girdwood. The accommodations were lovely. The stairs may have been tricky for some, but my parents (60s), & kids (8, 2) did just fine. Owners provided a luxurious high chair & a pack N play. The owners sanded the driveway each day since conditions were icy. They also worked with us on late checkout. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Jul 23, 2024As we pulled up to the address, I was a bit concerned. But once we walked through the door, the pictures matched the real thing. Note there is a bed in the basement floor, but no bathroom.

Stayed Jun 19, 2024We are a group of 4, traveling to Alaska to enjoy a summer solstice golf adventure. Golfing past midnight is spectacular! This property served us well, located in a great location, very clean, and very well managed. The host was very responsive with all communications, and very accommodating to everything requested. We’d definitely stay again.
