Modern Tucson Home w/ Patio + Saltwater Pool!

House had plenty of room, was clean and well stocked. Host was very responsive and flexible. Would stay again!

Lovely neighborhood with a beautiful view of Sombrero Peak! We are locals who rented this home for our adult kids staycation! Everyone mentioned how perfect this home is for a relaxing weekend! The host was very communicative, we felt supported the whole weekend. Very clean home and although it rained most of the weekend, we did manage a nice pool day. I love that it’s a salt water pool! Kitchen was well stocked and several gaming systems, pool table and dart board were wonderful to have. We definitely want to come back to this location. Thanks for a great weekend!

We all had a wonderful time staying in this home. The rooms were spacious and having three separate living areas (including the game room) was great.But honestly the pool made the house so enjoyable! Thank you for letting us stay!!

Toni from Evolve, the property management company, was very helpful and receptive. My extended family and my enjoyed our time at this home. Well supplied and clean and decent bedrooms. Pool was fun and they did have pool toys there. Especially enjoyed the floating devices and happy there were floaties for kids. Heating the pool is expensive since the rates are so high for the owners, but Toni and the owner let us heat the pool the first 24 hours of our stay. There are modern amenities at this home but I’m not sure if I would call it completely modern. They have plenty of towels for the pool and bathrooms, dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils and appliances and plenty of places to sit inside. Patio furniture is nice and the covered area helps tremendously. There could be a shade for the late afternoon/early evening, but not a huge issue. Some of the pool toys are worn down or broken, but nice they have on hand. Laundry room was very dusty. Not shocking but every other room was very clean. I would recommend this home for a large family and/or friends vacation. It would be nice to have a hot tub installed in the future. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Really enjoyed our stay. The pool area was a hit, started every day under veranda and ended day same place. Glad we paid extra for heated pool, 9,11,13,15 year olds spent a lot of time there. House was very nice-lot of areas to be together or alone. Our house contact person was very accommodating, responded immediately to all requests. The neighborhood was safe, neighbors were all so friendly. No negatives here, would highly recommend this place!

Work trip

This was a great house for our family of 8 to spend Christmas vacation in the Tucson area. The house had lots of space for all of us. The heated pool, video games and ping pong table were very popular. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook large meals. It even had a crockpot, instant pot, and outside smoker. The house was in a good location to explore the many natural areas and museums of the area. The nearby Sanctuary Cove area had great trails. The owners of the house were very responsive to every question and even nicely decorated the inside of the house for Christmas. Our family loved spending Christmas in this wonderful house, and we would highly recommend this house to anyone who visits the area.

This is our second stay at this home and we absolutely love it! It’s clean and has all the amenities we could ever need. It’s a roomy and comfortable home with lots of space to spread out. Check in is smooth and the owners are quick to reach out and give support. Highly recommended! We love it and will be back!!!

A wonderful house for a large family or two families.

Our family of 10 people from age 3 to grandparents really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great for accessing Saguaro National Park and the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum. Lots of grocery options nearby and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The backyard pool, basketball hoop, and table tennis in the garage were great for keeping all the kids entertained.We did have an issue with the house not being clean when we arrived, but the owner responded right away and sent over their cleaning lady who did a great job. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The only improvements I would recommend, and they are small ones, is to have more bath towels for larger groups, and a more comfortable futon in the TV den. The futon was not comfortable, even for my teen. He ended up using the provided air mattress, which was fine. We had a great visit and would recommend this place to other families!

This home is wonderful if you have a large group. We loved having beds for everyone while having plenty of space to spread out. The smoker was a welcomed addition for meals.

This home was absolutely gorgeous! Perfectly appointed and had absolutely everything we could need and more. It was so roomy with plenty of room to spread out and relax.The back yard had amazing views and the pool was spectacular. Our hosts were extremely attentive and communicative and our check in went smoothly! We will be back!

Beautiful home! Great place to stay in a safe area.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful pool home, in a great location, while visiting Tucson during (for us) very hot weather. 5 adult women were able to each have our own private room, which felt luxurious, and the amenities and communication provided by our hosts were excellent and appreciated. There is a large, well stocked kitchen and family room, patio grill, washer/dryer, ample 2 car garage with an extra fridge and ping pong table, and, for us, the star attraction, a private, well-maintained salt water pool. All the beds were very comfortable, and the home was well maintained, clean and stocked with linens and all the comforts of home.

We had a great time. The house had 3 large beds which is why I chose it. Decorated nicely and very clean. There was a basketball hoop which was used non stop by the men, a nice pool and ping pong table in the garage. I highly recommend this home!!!
