Modern townhouse with high-speed WiFi & washer/dryer

we rented this for our daughter's wedding so alot going on. In the middle of trip there was notice of violation apparently owner did not file correct rental paperwork with township so weren't sure if we would be asked to leave at any point - unneeded stress. house was nice roomy but the amenities were lacking - pool table sticks had no tips, grill had broken starter so had to buy a scripto lighter, 3 tvs only 1 worked couldn't find the remote for basement tv and bedroom had no internet connection. must be better options out there

We rented this house last year and we really enjoyed it. This year, not so much. We are a family of ten and in the kitchen there were 2 water glasses, 2 wine glasses and seven forks (the first night we had to share the forks so that we could all eat). Additionally, the upstairs shower was disabled, some of the remotes for the tv's were missing and there was no propane in the grill. We won't be renting this house next year.

We loved the location of the house, the easy checkin and the space it offered. We were very disappointed in the bathrooms - the downstairs bathroom had precious remnants garbage and a used soap bar in the shower. The upstairs bathroom had a very distinguished dirt ring around the tub. We discovered the water doesn’t drain well which adds to that problem. The dishwasher was not functioning properly and we had to hand wash all the dishes as they were not cleaned after the cycle. The freezer was very dirty. If things were cleaned more thoroughly, especially the bathroom, it would have been a more pleasant experience.

My and my girlfriend booked this as a getaway weekend for both our families. The house was overall great. It was huge and the amenities were awesome. Two things I would suggest. The rugs really need to be cleaned. The looked very dirty and almost muddy. Second additional towels. There were only one let each peraon for the entire stay. Definitely would recommend and would book again.

The place is going through some work in basement. It is a mess in basement with construction material. There are literally nails at every door and we ended up stepping on them and got hurt (wearing flip flops/sandals). The customer support is not that great. Turnaround time is not quick. Overall not a pleasant one

Great stay house was phenomenal. Very clean and organized. Couch in the living room is the coziest I’ve ever sat on. Grill was dirty and there was no cleaning tools for the grill. Only thing I was bothered about was no recycling compactor although there is signs for it.

Our family of ten loved this house. Very comfortable seating arrangements, large bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The house was a little short on pots and bowls. If you’re cooking for a group, bring your own! Other than that, it’s a wonderful place.

We paid top dollar as we chose to book over a holiday weekend. Good location and layout with plenty of rooms/bathrooms for a family. Read the other reviews prior to our arrival hoping that the overall “cleanliness” issue had been addressed (even called to inquire ahead of time). Disappointed at the lack of attention paid to the cleanliness issue by the owner/ property manager. Kitchen was not equipped with pots/pans for meal preparation. Towels/linens/bedding need to be replaced as they are showing their age, so it would probably be a good idea to bring your own. Just a suggestion. Overall we had a good time.

The house it wasn't clean enough, for a big family house doesn't have big pots to cook, some of the bed sheets was dirty, so I I'll say experience was OK

This house is highly recommended to stay for your vacation in poconos. Filled with everything including comforting and enjoyment. We absolutely loved our stay here and had a lot of fun as vacasa took care of utensils in kitchen to entertainment such as cards and karaoke. I can keep on going but keeping it short for everyone, comfy and cozy place to live and stay for any type of group of people.
