Modern Townhouse - Walkable to Mile High Stadium - Rooftop Views with Firepit

Perfect place to stay for going to events at Mile High. Short walk to the stadium and easy to get to.

New modern place. Close to many places. Parking is a little tight but street parking optional. Not much seating outside of dining area.

We so enjoyed our stay at this roomy condo!Great location, walked to many neighborhood places for food and fun. The place was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The large rooftop area with sunset and city views an added bonus!

We stayed here for the Broncos/Colts game and was able to walk to the stadium from the property. It wasn’t a bad walk! The location was also close to many of the other things in Denver.

We stayed here for a Broncos game! Location was great to stadium (walking distance) and downtown. The home was clean, check-in was super easy and will stay here again! Be advised, there are a lot of stairs, and the garage is too short for a small truck or anything larger than a small SUV. There was parking on the street around the block, so it wasn’t an issue other than not being able to park in the garage. 10/10 Would recommend.

Beaitiful, quiet neighborhood. House has many stairs so you must be mobile. The biggest downfall is that there is no bathroom on the kitchen/living area floor. You either need to go down a level or up a level. The only TV is in the living room, bedroom TVs would be nice. The rooftop deck and firepit is a nice way to spend the evening.

This home was exactly as described. It was walking distance to Empower Field, a park and a cute sports bar with rooftop seating. My son and I had an AMAZING time. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, stocked kitchen, etc...We couldn't have asked for a better home, but if I were to offer a couple things that would have made this next level for me personally, it would be for bigger/thicker bath towels and a magnifying make-up mirror in the master bath (minor things). I give it 5 STARS!!!!!

Plenty of room to spread out at this comfy spot. We enjoyed the close proximity to downtown and great coffee and brewery walking distance. Clean and well-equipped!

Wonderful place to stay if you have an event at Empower Field, it's an easy 1/2 mile walk! We were in town for the Foo Fighter's concert & it was wonderful to not have to worry about parking. The area is also great, lots of yummy food. Walking distance to Briar Common Brewery & Eatery. Driving distance, we highly recommend Fox & The Hen (avocado toast & blood mary), Sera's Ramen Enclave (TanTan-Men ramen). The condo had everything we needed to get started with soap/toiletries, comfy beds & a smart TV where we caught up on the Olympics on Peacock. The roof is perfect for an evening view & relaxing. We also drove up to Rocky Mtn National Park for an early morning hike, which is ~ 1.5 hr drive with lunch in Estes Park at Claire's Restaurant & Bar. We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good location & nice property. Management replaced leaking disposal promptly. Garage was a big issue. Our mid size SUV barely fit inside the garage. Backing out of the garage required several minutes because of the lack of space in the alley. The garage curb closest to Clay St should be removed to allow better egress to the garage. There was no key for the front door requiring all entry and exit via the garage.

We were in town for an event at Empower Field and you absolutely cannot beat this location. It was close enough to walk to the stadium, and also close enough to walk to a Safeway and other nearby restaurants and locations. Check in/out was smooth, and we were even able to check in early. We really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend!

The house was great, the host had everything available that we needed with all modern adminities. Location was awesome, literally 5 minutes from all major ball parks, arena, restaurants, downtown, and 20 to 30 minutes away from any outdoor activity. Will definitely book this place again next time I am in town.
