Modern Townhome with high-speed WiFi, W/D, deck, full kitchen, & great location

Very clean, great location, quiet community.

Our family of four enjoyed staying in this cozy and convenient townhouse during our stay in Flagstaff. It’s located just on the edge of town, just a few minutes from lots of amenities. We toured NAU, which is also only a few minutes away. The home is private, with its own garage. Beautiful, thoughtful decor and space setup.

Lovely condo. Immaculately clean. Well located for accessing various activities in the northern part of the state. The only seating in the living area is a very uncomfortable sofa. No reading lamps in the living room, so it’s bright lights or no lights. TV in the living room is quite small though perfectly functional. Garage is a major plus.

Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Great location. Easy check-in and check-out. Would stay again!

Great place.

The communication leading up to the rental was perfect, the check-in was easy. Everything was comfortable and clean. All essential items that we needed were provided and the location couldn't have been better.

It was as advertised. Nicely decorated. Fully stocked. Nice that they had keurig coffee pods for us. And a clothes iron because we attended a graduation at NAU.

Flagstaff Arizona is a wonderful town, and booking through VRBO/ Vacasa made our stay even more enjoyable. The home was located in a quite, clean, and new neighborhood. The layout of the condo was spacious, washer and dyer located inside the home, an office to get work done and three bathrooms to host all your guest. The rooms were clean, and spaced out very well within the home. The garage was useful to cover our cars, especially during times with weather. While we enjoyed every second of our stay and will be booking the home again a few points of constructive feedback I would like to address would be the quality of the towels, and the lack of throw blankets in the living room. I believe you provided our family with quick communication, a clean home with accessible and strong appliances the only thing the house was missing was throw blankets and more durable towels. This house was amazing! So much space and incredibly clean.

I came to enjoy spending a little time with my son. It was very relaxing. I enjoyed the master bedroom beds are very cozy. Unit was extreme Clean. I like to cook when I am on vacation and love as well stocked kitchen I think that would be the only thing I would recommend is to upgrade some items in the kitchen and stock it with more items for cooking. I did, however really enjoy this day and being able to park my vehicle in and close garage, my mornings were very relaxing and the area is very quiet and a great location close to everything not within walking distance, but not far at all within driving distance. I also love the fact that there was a washer and dryer there as I really never like to go home with the dirty clothes. I was also able to clean up after myself and leave clean linens for the cleaning people to just put on the beds. I thought the unit was a great value for the money. Staff seem to be very helpful and friendly.
