Stayed Jul 23, 2025Brian’s place was spotlessly clean, easily walkable to all of the places in Ballard. Brian was responsive to all of our questions and requests. We loved the rooftop patio.

Stayed Aug 30, 2025The townhome was very clean, newly renovated and well-stocked with all the essentials. This house was the perfect size for two couples with plenty of privacy. Brian, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful. Loved the rooftop patio - great place to enjoy takeout dinner or meditate!

Stayed Jul 11, 2025The unit was very nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood for the most part. Parking is tricky so just be aware of that. Lots of street parking, but always full. Great walkable area and lots of options for restaurants.

Stayed May 16, 2025This property was great for me! The location was nice as we could walk from the house to downtown and we even walked to the breweries. There were so great places to eat in the area. The property has lots of stair and you cannot avoid that so beware of that. Great place. Great host. Great fun

Stayed May 2, 2025Two of us stayed here in the Ballard area of Washington. Convenient to bus, shopping and restaurants. The property was a great layout for the two of us. One of us stayed on the first level and the other on the third and we met in the middle where the kitchen and dining area are. It was a wonderful stay and I would stay there again.
