Modern Townhome 3 minutes from downtown & 5 minutes from the heights!

Everything thats needed was present in the house. Its beautifully set up and close to highway. Great communication with owner.

Property was a short drive to downtown making our stay very efficient. House was well kept and bedding very comfortable.

The townhouse was nice and looked exactly like the pictures (few scuff marks on the walls). If the home was in a different location I would stay again. There were 6 of us staying at the home, and there are definitely pros and BIG cons to staying here. The cons; the townhouse is located in an upcoming neighborhood directly in front on train tracks. The trains run constantly and kept us up at night with the sound of blaring horns! It was horrible! I counted 7 trains in one night. Upon arrival toliet paper was missing from most of the bathrooms, but the host addressed that immediately. The towels in the house are all stained with what looks like makeup and dirt. You could tell the towels had been washed, but they need to be replaced. We went to Walmart and purchased are own towels because we couldn't bare to wash our face and body with stained towels from someone else's makeup. The wallpaper is peeling off the wall in the master bedroom and needs to he taken down. The bedroom on the first floor needs a shade or cover over the door that leads outside, you can see into the bedroom. The dishwasher did not work. We had to hand wash dishes everyday which was no fun. There is no garage door opener. You have to enter the house to open and close the garage, which is a hassle when you're coming and going frequently.The pro; the host is responsive, the house is new and nicely decorated, the amenities are nice (except the dishwasher)and food and stores are only 10-15mins away.

Just loved the stay but not the stairs...we were all over 50, two over 70, and one almost 80. Three level a bit much

New property so everything work, lacking window blind and curtains for privacy. The bedroom downstairs had a door w no window blind or curtain at least. 3 Bathroom had no toilet paper but rather just leftover from the previous guests. I paid 800 for 2 nights at least provide the basic amenity for your guests. And no trash bags for any of the trash cans. Kitchen definitely need a full size trash can

Great stay and close location to downtown Houston. The place is very clean and comfortable with lots of space. Host was nice and responded well to messages. The only thing is the train nearby. It’s kind of hard to sleep. However invest in some good earplugs. Other than that this place is a 10/10 We ALL LOVED IT here. We loved it so much that we extended our stay. Thank you!

The home was exactly as we had hoped! It was clean and well stocked. The host was incredibly helpful and very responsive. It is near railroad tracks so you will hear them, but I would still recommend!

Amazing will definitely stay again……
