This is privately owned studio condo is at Palms Place condo hotel.
This building is awarded with 4 Diamonds AAA rating.
Condo is furnished with king size bed,folding sleeping sofa,desk ,two 42 inch TV,kitchen,refrigerator,electric stove,coffee maker toaster,blender.
On the 6 th floor there is a pool and a pool bar with cocktail service,spa,nail bar,tanning and much more.

Pool will re open 4/2023
Spa is available at the casino area.

Upon arrival check in with Palms place front desk which is open 24/7.
Show your ID and credit card to check in there will be $100 hold for incidentals.

One of the only buildings in Las Vegas that offers.

bus stop is 50 steps away concierge can call cab anytime UBER IS $8 -$10 dollars to the strip.

Absolutely no smoking inside the condo $250 penalty please respect my property .

All the amenities at Palms casino is open they have a movie theater swimming pool spa night live couple bars and many restaurants.
Palms casino has a great Buffet that I recommend specially on Wednesday unlimited lobster every Thursday unlimited crab legs .
My favorite restaurant is scotch 80 steakhouse.
Unfortunately due to COVID our SPA is closed,
