Modern Spacious Home- 4BR, quiet, center of Erie!

We loved this home! It was very clean, nicely decorated, and the owner provided complimentary water and coffee. It had everything we needed. Nice outdoor patio in a private backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to all Erie locations.

Our family stayed in this property forna visit to Erie. Everything was clean and in working order. My kids wanted to play in the backyard one day which left a bit to be desired (long grass and big hole in yard) but the yard was not the reason for the booking. Everything else about the property was great.

We wanted to stay in Erie close to our daughter's college for graduation and to spend time in the area. It was a great location with easy access to the places we wanted to see!

Owner was very helpful with our checkin and stay. House was very clean an nice. Grill had propane and the burn pit was soothing.

Six of us were in town for a wedding, and we wanted to spend more time together. Booking this home was great for us as we were able to eat together and spend time watching movies in the living room. We'd definitely stay again if we were in the area.

The property was very well maintained. The bedrooms were more than adequate and spacious. You can easily sleep 6 in the property comfortably if necessary. The living room had ample seating and the kitchen was very large. The dining table was on the smaller side but it worked for our family (2 adults and 2 young kiddos). We would definitely stay at this property again and the neighborhood was quite/safe.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful and fit all of our needs perfectly! The fenced in backyard was a HUGE plus! The host was helpful and very quick to respond when we had any questions! I’m so glad we booked this place & will again when we come back! Thank you!!!!!

The property was clean, spacious and well accessorized. The outdoor area was lovely and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend it.
