Stayed Jul 16, 2025Experience wasn’t bad and it met the intent. However, as they continue to improve their home for future tenants, suggest cutting the grass prior to beginning of stay for guests. Removal of spider webs, in front of entrance makes it more presentable on the outside. Suggest cutting gas so it doesn’t scrape the concrete when opening and closing. Outlets in rooms move during use. Not all remotes worked in rooms and had to utilize another room for usage. Need to replace dirty shower curtains. Otherwise, owner was available, and area didn’t present any issues.
