Modern, Spacious 4BR Townhome near Forest, Downtown & Grand Canyon + garage & AC

Host was wonderful! Responsive to our questions and had explicit it instructions in a booklet. The accommodations were lovely. Kitchen fully equipped. Perfect for all 7 of us, ranging in age from 20-84!

We had a great time.

Location wan close to everything, very easy to access, clean and tidy. Parking was difficult. Even with the garage larger vehicles have to park outside with limited options.

Loved our stay! Nice and roomy, and owner was very responsive. Only bummer was one of the Xbox 360 controllers didn’t work, but it was all good! So fun that he has that as a fun thing to do- my kids loved it. Thanks so much!

We had a great time in Flagstaff. Mike's property was just what we needed after a long day of travel and band competitions! Everything was as described, clean and ready to enjoy. The 2 car garage was perfect for our vehicles and our teens enjoyed the XBox, and board games that Mike has for guests to enjoy. Overall, we endured the rain and made the most of our quick trip. We will definitely keep this property in mind for a trip in the future. Thank you, Mike, for opening your home.

We had a great weekend here, it was the perfect place for our group. Mike has been a great host and made sure we had everything we needed.

Our family had a wonderful time at Mike's place. His proactive support and service was excellent. Check in was smooth, kitchen well equipped and we loved the location. Mike was also flexible to allow us to checkout bit later after my strenuous hike to Humphrey's peak the previous day. Would definitely visit again!

This is a great place just outside of Flagstaf. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but still close enough to anywhere in town.The house was very clean, and very comfortable for a family of 4.

House was just as described. We were in town for a baseball tournament. So we were at the fields all day. But we needed a nice a cozy place to stay and it was perfect.

All was clean, host contacted us before arriving and was so helpful with questions prior and during our stay. Beautiful home and great stay. Very close to all we needed. Definitely returning

Our family stayed at this lovely townhouse to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from NAU. The unit was conveniently located off Route 66 with easy access to town as well as the university. It was quite comfortable and had pleasantly appointed kitchen area with plenty of room to cook and entertain. We had a nice experience!

This house was amazing so much bigger than the pictures, and all the beds couches and everything was so comfortable. If you guys are going up to flags after snowboard this is a spot to stay at it's literally only twenty minutes away from mountain. Also mike is a great host also, he told me where to go when I was staying there

Nice layout, everything we needed, clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for the seven of us (4 adults and 3 young kids). Convenient location just a few minutes from downtown Flagstaff. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband, son and granddaughter stayed at this lovely home for a few days after Christmas. We were able to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The fireplace was a wonderful place to gather after dinner and enjoy a quiet evening. The host was very responsive from the time we booked to the end of the stay. I would highly recommend staying at the modern forest retreat and would love to stay again.

We found everything we needed and more in this lovely townhome. The kitchen offered every type of appliance and utensils. We easily prepared our breakfasts and dinners each day. The beds are comfortable, and shampoo and soap are provided. The home is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and very welcoming. Best of all, the host is very responsive and answered all of my questions and gave recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. I highly recommend this rental!

The property was just wonderful. It is property that I hope to own one day. Mike, the owner, was quick to respond to questions and open to suggestions. The property was spotlessly clean. It was conveniently located close to restaurants and a gas station. It was spacious and had the right amount of beds and showers. The kitchen was generously stocked with plates and utensils. I highly recommend this property for a stay in Flagstaff for any length of time.
