Enjoy the White Mountains year round in this beautiful, modern newer construction townhome (completed in Nov 2020) in Forest Ridge, located just 2.5 miles from Loon Mountain, and within close proximity to other area attractions!

This bright, spacious 2,740 sq ft, three level townhome has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, hardwood floors, gas fireplace, back deck with views, and a finished walk-out basement. Comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests - perfect set up for two families traveling together!

The main floor has a well-equipped kitchen (quartz countertops, stainless appliances) with an island that seats four, and dining area that seats eight. The main floor also has a half bath, ample closet space to store your gear, and a large, comfy sectional in the TV/family room area with a gas fireplace to cozy up to. Free WIFI gives you access to our smart TV's which includes YouTube TV, Netflix, HBO, Disney+, and Hulu. You have access to our attached, one car garage that has ski storage and room for bikes. We also have a boot heater that keeps your ski boots, gloves and other gear dry.

The second floor has three bedrooms - a large, primary bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a king bed, big walk in closet, and full bathroom complete with marble floor tiles. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two full size beds. There is also another full bathroom on the second floor, as well as the laundry closet. The finished, walk-out basement has the fourth bedroom with a king size bed, a full bathroom, TV room with queen size sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have ample closet space and/or dressers for storage, along with plenty of pillows, down comforters, blankets and bedding.

There may be some construction being done on other units in our cul-de-sac, so you may see or hear building activity while you are outside, however this should not impact your stay in any way.

We have a NO PET policy. You will be asked to leave the property immediately if any pet is brought inside our home. Our home is not suitable for any animals, including emotional support animals. Additional fees will be applied if any guest, including visitors, violates this pet policy.

TRASH/RECYCLING- Please be sure to separate trash and recycling, and dispose of it in the neighborhood trash and recycling receptacles, which is located on the corner of Forest Ridge Rd and Forest Rd (near the security guard hut).

We do not have a landline telephone inside the townhome.
There are security cameras in the garage, outside front door, and outside back basement door. They are monitored periodically.

    Beautiful townhome in the heart of Lincoln.Jamie and Eric are perfect hosts.Communication and points of interest was excellent.We were provided with coffee,paper goods,beach towels,and toiletries which is a kind gesture.The pictures and description are accurate.We loved the location, near all the attractions but far enough to find solitude.The townhouse is clean,spacious,and perfect for families with young children.Thank you for welcoming us to your slice of paradise.

    Perfect spot. Close to town. Stayed with 3 couples and four kids, everyone enjoyed it. Open floor plan on first floor made it easy to interact with the whole family. Beds were very comfortable. Would rent again.
