Modern Southwest Townhome with Amazing Landscapes

We had a blast. Very cozy place with easy access to town and hikes. NOTHING comes to mind to improve the property.If we come back to the area we would definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean and fully stocked

The condo was fully equipped with all supplies we needed. The owner was easy to contact and to deal with. Great location, walking distance to town.

Clean, quiet townhome in an exceptional location, central to Bryce, Zion, North Rim of the Grand Canyon & Horseshoe Bend. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Exactly what we were looking for.

Our first impression was how well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils and cookware, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. From top floor to bottom, the entire condo was super clean. Great location. Numerous opportunities for day trips. Ex., Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Antelope Valley, Horseshoe Bend, etc. The pool and workout center is steps away from patio. K Trail and Tom's Trail are minutes away from the front door. No need to drive to the trail head. Beautiful view from patio along with a quite, serene and calming surroundings. Absolutely enjoyed our stay and once we decide a return trip, we will definitely consider staying here once again. Thanks Chuck Rod & Carol

The townhouse located in Kanab was absolutely perfect for our girls trip to Utah. We were close to Zion national Park, Bryce Canyon national Park, and horseshoe Bend. We initially had trouble accessing the lock, but the owner was responsive immediately and quite helpful.The house itself was extremely clean and had all the essentials we needed. It was a plus to have the pool and a hot tub, especially after a long day of hiking and exploring.

Perfect place to stay after a busy day exploring nearby sights. The pool is right out the back door and was refreshing after hiking. This home had everything we could have needed. Definitely will stay again!

I only have positive things to say! This place was prefect for our family. The pool was very close but not noisy. The townhome was extremely well stocked with towels, bedding, etc. The kitchen had plenty of dishes to cook full meals. Communication with the host was great. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Place was great! The upstairs shower does drain very slow but all in all an excellent place. Clean, tidy and had everything we needed!

Had a wonderful stay! The location is convenient to so many places...Zion, Bryce, Page. The pool and hot tub were perfect for afternoon and evening relaxing after early morning hikes! The condo was well stocked with everything you could need! They had the best towels and sheets I have ever seen at a VRBO!

This property was in the perfect location for all we planned to do. Zion, Bryce, Page, Kanarraville. Very clean, functional and comfortable! Well stocked, and uncluttered. That's helpful when traveling, and we had lots of gear along. All appliances were great, layout of the townhome was very nice. Pool just steps away. Recommend highly!

Property was very clean and had all the necessities needed for our stay. Thankful for the freezer packs and cooler that were in the house. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would stay here again if in Kanab.

This condo, located in Kanab, was very clean and comfortable. It had very amenity one could want/need. The Beds are extremely comfortable, the carpeting new and having a washer and dryer was so helpful with all the hiking we did every day that we were there. We can't say enough about the owner/host himself who was always available for any questions or recommendations. We are anxious to return as there are numerous hikes within a 2-3 hour drive. On another note, the people in this town and in Utah, on the whole, were some of the friendliest we have ever encountered on our world travels.

Clean, quiet, comfortable well supplied for pots pans, linens .Location was good for exploring the trails and national parks. Chuck was quick to respond for all questions. Great experience.

Everything you need except some kleenex

This was a well-equipped, clean townhouse in a perfect location for relaxing and exploring beautiful southern Utah. We had a wonderful time in the lovely town of Kanab.

This condo had all of the amenities we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and the perfect location. The beds were comfortable, and the pool/hot tub in the complex was also great. The host was a great communicator. I will definitely stay here again!

Great location to visit Zion, Bryce Canyon, Coral Pink Sands and Grand Canyon North Rim. Comfortable beds. kitchen stocked with all cooking supplies. Comfortable living room furniture. Very clean. Great communication with Chuck.

We really enjoyed our week stay in this townhome. Very clean and communication was great with property manager. Nice community pool just outside the back patio doors. Great location in Kanab and to enjoy visiting all the parks in the surrounding area. If you are an animal lover like me, make sure to visit the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary just outside of town. Great free tours and lunch on a patio overlooking the Grand Escalante Staircase for only $5. Best animal sanctuary in the US. Would easily stay at this property again.

Big, well stocked 3 bdrm townhouse, with access to heated pool and hot tub, We enjoyed our stay very much.

This was the perfect location for doing what we wanted to do. Everything we needed was there and the swimming pool was especially nice after hiking and sightseeing. Would highly recommend if you’re visiting Kanab!

The house was great. It had everything we needed for our stay. We use the house as base for our visits to Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon and Antelope Canyon. The pool area is nice and reserved for the community. Most of the time It is not that busy. We used all the appliances the house had to offer. Washing and drying for our clothes. Oven, cooktop and gas bbq for diner. Communication with the owner was nice and quick. We recommend this house!
