Modern Sarasota Living

The place was perfectly located for us, close to family, stores and restaurants. The host provided clear information and a lot of amenities. It was clean and perfectly sized for the two of us.

We were there too attend graduation and needed a place to sleep and rest but well located to attend multiple events. Met all needs.

Unit was as described, location even better. Beautiful setting, and host amenities were very nice. Really enjoyed our stay. Very close to Siesta Key!

We stayed for 3 nights and everything went great. The host Kelly was easy to communicate with. The space had a very nice outside area as well as breakfast nook. Very clean and comfortable

It was the Best very centrally located for what we wanted to do in the area. Duplex had everything that we needed ..

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay. Check-in was a breeze. Rental was clean and super close (3-5 minute drive) to the south bridge to the SK Island.Kitchen and bathroom updated/modern and the queen sized bed was very comfortable. Both TV's (LR & BR) brand new and of good size. We also enjoyed the quaint exterior patio for sun & drinks.Very conveniently located as well (Publix, Geckos bar/restaurant, Cafe Barbossa (Italian) and the slew of places in SK.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the good outweighed the disappointing. It was conveniently located next to a shopping plaza and a short drive from Siesta Key Beach. The place was smaller than expected and the noise from Clark Road traffic was somewhat annoying. There were some issues with respect to grill, frying pan, and umbrella but the owner was responsive and took care of this.

I was in Sarasota for a friend's wedding, and always opt for a non-hotel option when travelling, so I have quite a bit of experience with rentals. This rental was neat as a pin and had everything, from a full sized ironing board (which I used quite a bit!), to a beach umbrella and cooler, to a lovely back patio with a fan for the bugs ? Checkin was seemless and communication was excellent. Personally I loved the location because it was central to where I needed to be, convenient to groceries, and I walked in the nearby park every morning. This is definitely an exceptional alternative to over-priced hotels and quite a value. Would highly recommend!

The location was perfect-close to soccer fields for my daughter's tournament and minutes away from the beach and restaurants. There is a Publix within walking distance. The apartment was perfect for 2 guests, and it was equipped with everything you need.
