Modern St Andrews Golf 3 Bedroom House, Large Putting Green, Private Rear Garden

David was a lovely host and very responsive to questions prior to our stay. The house gave us plenty of room to relax after a busy day in St. Andrew’s. The walk was perfect to and from town. There were also convenient stores very close by for provisions for the house. We will definitely plan to stay there again in the future.

We had an excellent experience with David. He was Highly communicative and very prompt. The property was perfect for our group of 3 golfers and should be a consideration for anyone visiting St. Andrews. David even let us store our clubs and bags securely when we our transport arrived earlier than anticipated. We would definitely stay again. David made the process very simple and easy. 5/5 stars.

I can not say enough good things about our stay. The house was even better than the pictures. It was extremely clean and had everything you need. The location was perfect, a short 5 min drive to the town and golf courses. Our teens loved the putting green in the back. Also really nice there’s an Aldi within walking distance to grab food and essentials. David was super quick to respond to messages and easy to work with. Definitely recommend staying here for your St. Andrew’s visit!!

Our group of four golfers really enjoyed these accommodations for our short trip to St Andrews.The unit had everything we needed and was a short drive to the courses, and close to a grocery store as well.We definitely recommend staying here if you require more room than standard hotel rooms.

We traveled to St Andrews for a golf trip and booked this house. It was a perfect spot for us. The rooms were small (but I think normal sized for Scotland) but we fit four of us comfortably. There was sleeping enough for six, but you'd really be packed in! The house was in a very quiet neighborhood, it was very clean and had everything we needed provided. The backyard putting green was a lot of fun and we had several competitions there after our golf days at St Andrews. It's within walking distance (5 minutes) of a grocery store, and about a 20 minute walk to the restuarant/bar area. The host David was fantastic to communicate with, always quick with a response and very helpful with questions about our stay and St Andrews. If we traveled back to St. Andrews we would book this place again.

The golf themed house was perfect for our golf trip to St Andrews. The putting green in the back yard was a fun addition. Will definitely stay here next time we travel to St Andrews.

David was an amazing host. From the moment we booked, his attention to detail and ability to make us feel comfortable was clearly at the forefront of his priorities. Check-in was easy, the house was spotless and there was a thoughtful care package of treats awaiting our arrival. The kids especially loved the bunk beds and mini golf. This was my family’s first trip overseas from Canada and we would definitely be back after our great experience. I would highly recommend staying here.

The property is exactly as the pictures show! It was lovely to have the garden space for the kids and there was everything we needed inside. The welcome basket is a nice touch, and the owner was very amenable and helped with early and late checkouts.
