Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed here 14 years ago. It was great then and it is still great. The only downside now is they built a house to the west of property and there is no privacy fence like on the east side. There are some things you don't want to see of your neighbors. They should really build one and there will be no downsides. The house was immaculately clean!

The house is perfect for large families, plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and a large kitchen and great room. Here are my pros and cons:Cons:1. Parking is ok but this house is in a cul-de-sac and the neighbors park in the street and make it hard to get in and out of the neighborhood 2. Pool is ok by very small3. Not a lot to do in Pensacola for little ones. We had grandkids and they were board.Pros:1. The view of the Santa Rosa Sound was great! 3 levels to sit on and watch the boats2. If you like the beach but don’t want to stay on the beach, the access is easy. Walk to the entrance to the neighborhood, cross the street, one block to the access and you are there!3. Blue angels. Obviously watching the Blues from the pier is the best but if you don’t want to fight the crowd, you can always watch it from the decks or walk to the beach across the street. Overall we had a good time but we will probably go back to Orange Beach next year because there is better beaches and a lot more to do for the kids!

We had a group of six high school girlfriends (we are ages 60+) spend three nights - a wonderful property with very clean pool. Each bedroom had ensuite bathroom which was helpful. Beautiful view of bay and beach was a short 2 block walk. Would definitely recommend this property!

Our family had a great time and really enjoyed the property. The pool was perfect and we enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, and pool toys. The kitchen is well stocked and we prepared all of our breakfasts and several dinners there. We aren't big TV users, but the TV had smart capabilities so we could use our accounts and watch what we wanted. Some of the drains are a little slow to drain, but that's pretty common in a beach rental. We slept great on the beds, so I think it all depends on your personal preference. The house is conveniently located near shopping, grocery, restaurants, and beach areas. It also has a lot of games available to play. Overall it's a great home and we'd book again.

Reviewer Comments: We had a few unlucky situations such as a not working refrigerator and having deliveries and TV installations come during the day.....but the Rental Company was very responsive each time sending coolers, replacing ice daily, bringing a missing paddle board Paddle. I was impressed with their service.

Not all bedrooms had a TV. The mattress in one of the bedrooms needs to be replaced. We went to local hardware store and purchased a sheet of plywood to put under the mattress to provide some support. Pool is nice, the property location is nice but I would not rent this property again.

But the beds were SUPER UNcomfortable and sat very low, there was only a TV in the master and one other room but it was the size of an iPad screen. There was no cable. The decor could really use some help. The drain in one of the bathrooms didn’t drain at all so it was disgusting all week. The window in the master bathroom was broken (if you tried to open it, it fell over).... Like I said, it was a cute place with lots of space but for $6800 for a week, it was just okay, not amazing.

We loved the house, perfect for 3 generations of family (ages 7-74). 2 levels with pool and waterfront. Unfortunately it was soooo cold the adults didn't get in the pool or the bay, but kids braved the waves for a couple hours 2 different days. We had fun anyway with the board games they provided, streaming movies and walking along the bike path.
