Modern Retreat w/ Hot Tub & Fire Pit - Walk to Beach!

We really loved the property. The kitchen was well equipped, and everything was spotless. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games to play and it’s a great family environment. Beds were comfortable, and since it was pretty warm during our stay, the air conditioning is very welcome.We will be back.

The home was clean and spacious. It’s in a neighborhood, but felt secluded. There was plenty of room for all eight adults. Lovely

This is one of the best maintained properties that we've ever stayed at. Everything was really clean and the furniture and appliances were all high quality. The house was gorgeous. We mostly cooked for ourselves during the week and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed to prepare our meals. The game room was lots of fun with an old school video game, ping pong table, corn hole, etc. I wish it was a beachfront property but it was just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We appreciated the wagon so that we could bring chairs, umbrella, etc. to the beach easily. It was also great to have 6 bicycles so that we could ride to town and get some ice cream. The house also had a really nice big TV in the lower level and so each night we would watch a movie together. Next time we go to South Haven, I would definitely consider renting this house again!

The house was beautiful, in an amazing location, and great size for our family group. However, from the moment we got there we felt incredibly unwelcome. Which is unfortunate when you are trying to relax on vacation, feel safe in a new location, and you spent money to be there. There are great outdoor spaces, but expect to not use anything outdoors after 10pm and still keep to a very quiet volume INSIDE the home as well. Shortly after arrival, a rental company representative was present onsite. They took recycling bin to street, but definitely felt like we were being checked on. Then neighbors were repeatedly walking up and down their driveway staring at us as well. It felt as if we were already disliked by purely renting a home in their neighborhood. The Neighbor even yelled at our kids because they got too close to his lawn. The first night we were there, a small group of older adults were up until about midnight laughing in the garage game room. I received a phone call and text to notify me that the police would be called if they received a 3rd noise complaint. At check out, as we were entering our vehicles to leave, a rental representative came and parked in the drive exactly at 10am on the dot for check out. She was very rude and we felt bullied to leave immediately. I have never been treated so poorly by a company or neighbors of a VRBO. I have also never felt so monitored on vacation. It really ruined what could have been a really great vacation.

This home was so well maintained and equipped. The owners thought of everything a family would need and were super responsive to any questions. This rental gave our group plenty of privacy and lots of activities. The convenient location gave us easy access to the beach, town, and groceries.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We had an age range of 20 to 90 years old and this house had everything we could ever want. Our parents enjoyed the master suite and loved the 2 outdoor patios. The young people loved the 2 minute walk to the beach, the outdoor fire pit, the garage/ping pong table and games, as well as the bikes. And as a family we all loved cooking together and gathering in the kitchen for our meals. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, etc that you could possibly need. The house was modern and extremely clean. The owner was very responsive to all of my questions and responded back to me within minutes. We made several trips into town which was a quick 5 minute drive. I highly recommend this home. We had an amazing week!!

Our family had a wonderful time at your property! Loved the bikes, wagon and games. So easy to get to the beach and town. We will be back!

We all had a great time. My daughter and son and their sposes, and my 9 and 7 year old grandkids did not want to leave. The owners thought of everything to make it safe , clean and beyond comfortable. They had all kind of things for us to do at the house which we took advantage of since 3 of our 4 days there , unfortunately, were rainy. They even had a crib there for my 4 month old granddaughter!! I would stay there again and again if I could! I highly recommend staying there when you visit South Haven!!
