Stayed Apr 12, 2025Me and two hiking friends stayed in the house for seven nights. It is a very well kept and spacious house in a quiet and nice residential neighborhood. It is only about a 4-5 minute drive to grocery stores and other retail stores. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of extra towels, and good selection of pillows. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Ed

Stayed Aug 4, 2024We had a wonderful stay at Rex's Place. The property was clean and comfortable. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to shopping, dining etc. Judson, the property owner, was easy to communicate with. We hope to stay there again when we are next in Goleta.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024We used this home as our home base the weekend of our daughter's wedding in Santa Barbara. The home worked GREAT! Clean, well stocked, and hosted 6 adults no problem. The backyard is the cherry on top of this property! It's absolutely gorgeous and provided a beautiful space for relaxing and conversation. We definitely recommend this home!
