• 3 night minimum stay. For shorter stays additional fees will apply.
• Maximum of 6 guests only, any unauthorised guests will incur additional fees.

• We’re happy to host bookings made on behalf of someone else — please just message and confirm with us first so we know who’ll be staying.
• Unapproved third-party bookings may be declined or cancelled.

No Smoking or Vaping
• Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property, including the outdoor areas.

No Parties or Events
• The home is for accommodation only — parties, gatherings, or commercial use (such as photo shoots) are not permitted.

Quiet Hours
• Please respect quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am to maintain the peaceful surroundings for neighbours and other residents.

Pets
• No pets allowed unless approved in writing before booking.

Parking
• Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles plus free street parking. No garage access.

    Fantastic house to stay for a few days. Only 15-20 minutes to drive to Queenstown. Everything was exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable and the house was modern. Lovely outdoor space too. Perfect for families or groups. Thank you for a lovely stay.
