Three Ways is aptly named as the position of the property is such that you can see both the East and West Looe tributaries of the river and where they join and flow out to sea together. It is a bright and welcoming house with beautiful views which has been recently renovated and furnished with modern furnishings and fixtures throughout.
Steps down from the parking area lead to the garden which has a small grassed area and a furnished deck which has views over Looe bridge in one direction and across to Looe Bay the other way. In the Summertime the deck gets the sun for the majority of the day and right through into the evening. Steps again lead down to the ground floor of the property where there is a back entrance to the property through the kitchen door. The contemporary kitchen is fully fitted with large oven and 5 ring hob including wok ring, extractor, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and breakfast bar with two stools (washing machine and tumble drier are housed in a separate cupboard downstairs). The adjacent lounge/diner has a lovely big bay window from where you can enjoy the views and the wood burning stove gives the room a really homely feel.
Upstairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is a good sized room with double bed, dressing table and stool, ample built in storage, beautiful views over the river and an ensuite with large walk in shower, wc and wash hand basin. The second bedroom has two foot six inch twin beds but can be arranged as a king bed on request, again this room has lovely views. The third bedroom has a four foot double so recommended for use by one guest. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc and wash hand basin. All rooms are bright with contemporary furnishings throughout.
Three Ways has parking for two cars, an electric vehicle car charger (free for guests to use) and a CCTV camera in the parking area, welcomes two/three well behaved pets and is only a short distance from Looe town centre, although the walk is down hill and involves steep steps on the way back up! The position of this property and all it has to offer make it the perfect holiday home for many guests and with gas central heating throughout and a wood burning stove guests can be sure of a comfortable stay all year round.
Please read the accessibility statement in the facilities tab for further info and details about the walk in to Looe town.

We had a lovely stay in this cottage. Beds were comfortable, shower powerful, kitchen well equipped - the baby travel cot is of the smaller size so our 23mos old was a little too cosy in it. It would also be helpful for the property to have a few plastic/melamine cups/plates for when small children are staying. We had been warned about the steps, however guests should note that from town it is a long and steep slope up to Shutta lane, then the 86 steps, then another steep slope, and then the cottage is accessed via a further staircase. Additionally the parking space is up about 25 steps at the back of the property.

Beautiful house with stunning views from the lounge and bedrooms! On entering we were more than happy with how clean and well presented the property was.Really comfortable beds and pillows.Showers in both bathrooms were powerful!Added bonus was the log burner, although it would have been nice to have a first set of logs as many places I have stayed with log burner’s do.Also, take hand wash for the bathrooms as we had to buy some there and no welcome pack only tea, coffee and sugar so do take some milk. All in all I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.The steps and steep hills up to the property are challenging to say the least, but worth the view's,

Fantastic location, with beautiful outlook. Nautical theme to most of the rooms. Showers powerful, hot water when needed. Had to sign into own Netflix. Some minor repairs and decoration needed but nothing troublesome (skirting black mould in areas, securing lighting twin bedroom) and perhaps weeding to outside area. Walk into and back from town another matter but all made worthwhile with the views of Looe

We had a great time staying at this property. Property had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, and showers had plenty of hot water. The house is within walking distance of the town although it is perched on a cliff up a steep incline. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

Property is lovely you won’t be disappointed as it has great views of looe harbour and it’s at the top of the steep hill .! House had everything you needed even small surf boards and crab buckets thank you ? I was here with teenagers TV in bedrooms would have been nice But not a big issue The hill down is ok but getting up can take it out of you so be ready for that It’s worth it for the views

PERFECT thoroughly enjoyed our stay, House was beautiful beautifully clean, very very well equipped & comfortable, STUNNING VIEWS. There is nothing the owners haven’t thought of, i would highly recommend this property. If I had to find something that was not great that would be the steps but believe me the property is well worth it. Fantastic holiday.
