Stayed Apr 18, 2025The property was comfortable and well-stocked. Truly pet friendly with leashes and blankets provided. Be aware that the walk from parking is about 150 feet – not bad but might be an issue for people with mobility issues or a lot of stuff to unload and reload. It was always easy to find a second parking space in the lot. I wish hosts wouldn’t use scented detergent but everyone does. At least here the scent wasn’t too strong and there weren’t fragrance plug-ins everywhere.

Stayed Mar 28, 2025We stayed almost a week to visit family in the area. The Vrbo was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the host was very responsive with communication. We enjoy freshly squeezed juice and was happy to see a hand juicer in the cupboards. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and listening to the birds in the surrounding trees before venturing off for the day. The host has a great description of what is offered in the Vrbo. When we come back to the area we will be staying in this Vrbo. Highly recommended!

Stayed Mar 5, 2025Modern on May was the perfect spot for our spring training vacation in Mesa. We needed three bedrooms and this condo included a king room on the main floor. It was great for my 80 year old parents. The home was very clean and included all the essentials for cooking meals. There was even an umbrella that came in handy. The host's directions on how to locate the unit were spot on. She answered questions quickly too. The binder with restaurant & activity suggestions was helpful and the welcome basket, a nice added touch. The short walk to Sloan Park was the best part for a family of Chicago Cubs fans. We hope to return next year.

Stayed Apr 16, 2024My partner and I stayed at the condo for about a week and a half and really enjoyed it. I was working from there while he was attending meetings in Phoenix. The location was great and we could easily get to any place across Phoenix (we had a car so could hop on the highways that were nearby). The plants and pool on the property made it feel like an oasis in the city when we came back. And the condo was very comfortable and spacious (could easily have 6 adults stay there comfortably, and more if you're ok with sharing space). Overall a great stay and highly recommend the space and Cali as a host!

Stayed Feb 29, 2024We had a wonderful stay here. Very comfortable for 5 adults and one child. Owner was very easy to work with. House was clean and had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, only a 10 minute walk from the Cubs Spring Training park. We had a wonderful stay and hope to book again next year.
