Modern Nye Beach Home with Ocean Views & Close to Beach

Incredible property…excellent beach views, very well outfitted. One suggestions. Have clear instructions on how to operate TV.

This was our 2nd stay - lovely as before. Great location.

We arrived on a Friday. The smell of bleach was so strong in the house we had to open all the windows and leave for two hours. The road noise was very bad Friday night until about 2;3oam. Very hard to sleep. Saturday and Sunday nights were better.

Great housing for small family. Housekeeping somewhat questionable.. wood floors were filthy but rest of house acceptable. Supplied well and although on corner, not that noisy. Easy access to town and “hard walk” to beach access. Will recommend and stay there again

The place itself is nice and the location is great. But the floors are pretty dirty, towels are pretty worn out. And they make you check in later and check out earlier than other places. Plus you have to do several things before checking out. The lock on the door is kinda funky and thought we were locked out for a minute. Pretty expensive too. Not the best stay I’ve ever had. Not the worst either.

Nice property, close to beach and downtown shops. The kitchen was nice, stocked with dishes, pots/pans, cutlery, and basic spices and coffee. The house was spacious and the bed was comfy w/good linens. Parking and checkin was super easy.

Nice place that was close enough to everything. Very steep staircase and a little noisy on the street outside late at night. Other than that, the place was great

Great small house 15 minutes from historic Nye Beach. Stairs to second floor steep, and may challenge seniors.

Nice large open space upstairs with sleeping downstairs. Had everything we needed. Great location with view of ocean. Drove to Nye beach to access the beach. Garage is too tight to fit a regular car in just as described. Mostly from the angle to get in. Luckily we didn’t end up parking in there since neighbors were redoing their siding all day and blocked the alley and side parking.

The home was nice however wasn’t very cozy. It would be nice to have a few throw blankets and the space in the living room was odd - empty space and mean bag when you first walk in. Also felt nickeled and domed by way of initial confirmation from Meridith lodging and then a second from BRBO with a 69’serbice fee and then a 50 fee for late check out. 4 pm check and and 10 am checkout feels pinched 3 pm check in and 11 am check out are standard in my experience.

This was the perfect place to stay for our little get away!!! This is the firttime qe stayed in the Nye Beach area and love it. Thank yo so much

This property is exactly as listed and the pictures are completely accurate. Nice, clean space for our family of four. Had a wonderful time!

Great location and lovely home. The house was spotless and lots of opportunities for home entertainment. The stairs are steep and may not suit all.

This property is close to Nye Beach and a lovely little walk to the ocean. It was not as clean as we would have liked upon arrival and smelled heavily of fried fish. The beds are also not very comfortable. I’d return to Nye Beach but not likely to rent this property again.
