Modern Mountain View Hideaway w/ Spacious Deck & Free WiFi - Close to Skiing

The house itself was nice and in a great location, but unfortunately, our experience was completely overshadowed by serious safety concerns and the property management’s unacceptable response. While staying at this rental, we noticed a strong gas odor when using the oven. We immediately reported it, but management dismissed our concerns, insisting that some odor was normal. We explained that the smell was excessive and that we were experiencing symptoms consistent with carbon monoxide exposure, yet they still refused to send anyone to check on the unit. After we were forced to investigate the matter on our own, we discovered that the housekeeping staff had covered the oven’s bottom vents with foil (where it clearly says not to do so), blocking proper combustion—an extremely dangerous and negligent oversight. When we attempted to follow up with management, we were met with silence. After calling, we were told someone would get back to us by the end of the day. That day was Wednesday, and by Saturday, we still had not received any response. Aside from this major issue, the home itself was nice, though the couches were uncomfortable. However, no amount of comfort or aesthetics can make up for the complete disregard for guest safety that we experienced. We are extremely disappointed in this company’s negligence and lack of accountability. Rent at your own risk.

House very roomy and had all that needed and more . Very well setup , location was great to all the areas for things to do outside the place . Check in was spot on too .

This house was very convenient for us. Overall we had a great and comfortable stay but we have some comments: All three exterior doors didn’t latch appropriately and needed repair. The TV’s streaming platform was so ancient and slow that it was basically unusable, so we weren’t able to watch tv. The internet worked fine though. The dishwasher filter was partially clogged with scum, and we had to clean it.

The pictures of the property were exactly as mentioned. It was a lovely place to stay with enough room for 7ppl. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work 3/7 days that we were staying, which means TV was also not working. When we called for assistance to the property company, they said someone would be coming out to look at it. But after 3 days and after we checked out, there was still no resolution. We were told we would be reimbursed for our inconvenience. But no refunds were given.

This is the second time we have stayed at this wonderful home and will definitely stay there again. It provides everything we need and love the location on the mountain. There were 7 members of my family there and the home provided more than plenty of space for us all. Also, We were so excited to see 3 deer (bucks) in the backyard one morning, and being close to Dillon Lake was just great.

The property was very clean and spacious. A little to far from the slopes especially when dealing with the traffic from the folks from Denver coming in. Traffic can turn a 20 minute drive to Keystone into an hour and half drive. The heat was very touchy. Was either burning up or freezing cold. Other than those minor things the property was great for 8 grown adults.

Home is exactly what you need for a stay in Colorado. Home is within 5 minutes of shopping centers, places to eat, ski rental also found a target and Walmart within 10 minutes! You are able to park in the garage which was great because on our arrival the weather was crazy high winds and very cold. So we were able to unload our kids and take them inside through the garage. Home is open concept, with plenty of space to cook and have a good time to entertain guess. Plenty of blankets stored around the home so you will always be kept warm. Home is stalked with everything you need, plenty of towels, paper towels, plenty cooking ware and eating ware. Overall we would definitely stay again.

I loved this property. Close to Silverthorne, Frisco, and Breckinridge. Home was beautiful with everything you needed. Nice deck and comfy beds.
