Please make sure to move your vehicles to an already cleared area so the plows can access and clear your parking space.
Kindly note: Do not call to request plowing. We do not control the plow drivers’ schedules or routes.
If the WIFI is slow or not working, please unplug and plug the router back in. During busy weekends and holidays, our internet is slow, unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it.
TV: $500 fine if the TV cables are moved around for any reason and it does not work for the next guest.
Check-in & Info:
• The front door code is 2731.
• Bears are prevalent in Mammoth, so please do not leave trash or food outside of the home or in your car. Please use the trash dumpster located outside of the unit.
• We respond promptly to Airbnb and E-mail messages between 9am-10pm. If there is an after-hours emergency, please do not hesitate to call the property manager.
• Please be considerate of residents and guests by limiting noise between 10pm and 8am. Failure to observe the quiet hours may result in a citation for creating disturbance or violating the Town of Mammoth Lakes Quality of Life Ordinance. To report excessive noise that disturbs you contact the local police department.
• Hot water heaters work overtime in Mammoth because incoming water is very cold. You may need to allow 15-30 minutes between showers for the water to reheat.
• We provide a starter pack of toiletries and toilet paper. Additional supplies can be purchased at Busy Bee General Store, Vons Grocery, and Grocery Outlet Bargain Market.
