Home was good enough for our group

Location, view, relaxing, playground...all!!!

We had a great time! Cabin has everything you need! I mean everything! Only about 4.5 miles from The Village Shopping Center.

House had everything we needed. Was a lovely place and would stay there again.

Overall our stay in this home was great. The last day night that we stayed there we experienced leaking in 3 of the 4 bathrooms. But other than that we enjoyed our time there. Communication via the app never responded or took days. You are better of calling and speaking to someone directly.

Staying at this rental was overall enjoyable but we ran into some.major inconveniences and when Informed the rental agency recieved little response but to confirm our reservation. First, the mini split located in the upstairs room/ loft leaks profusely. We placed a towel down and a bowl. We did let someone know through text as soon as we knew but they simply asked for information to confirm our reservation and we were given no further instructions. Unfortunately, at one point, we realized that the leak was enough that it was soaking through the ceiling directly onto the bed on the first floor (this was due to it running down the wall vs leaking). We placed additional bowls down to help with that water and turned the mini split off to dry up. Secondly, the area with the bunk beds appears to have a spider infestation. Therefore due to the leak and the spiders we were unable to use 5 of the available beds and were forced to bunk together. Lastly, as we were leaving, one of the residents near by asked if we could contact whoever is responsible to let them know that the trash receptacle located on the property is broken or not locked. Racoons or other wildlife are spreading the trash all throughout several properties. They are concerned that other wildlife may be brought to the area. The house was otherwise clean and well stocked for our stay. And on first appearance is very cute. I emailed the company in response to their follow up about our stay and have recieved zero response down that avenue as well. Had the company contacted us at all, offered advice or even an apology I would not be leaving such a poor review.

Beautiful place, tons of room for our entire family. We definitely enjoyed our new year stay. Unfortunately the reason we gave it a 4/5 stars is because we strongly feel the cleaning can be done a lot more thoroughly. The room in second floor had a stain on the comforter that wasn’t removed, we were able to scrub it off. There was dust and trash behind the recliners in the basement. There was spider webs in different places throughout out the cabin such as the chandelier and corners in different areas of the ceilings. Lastly, when our son dropped his toy on the couch we removed the cushion and found trash and dust as well.

We enjoyed staying at this location. Just enough to hold all of use with enough room to enjoy quite time. Thanks again!

Very clean, quiet, secluded plenty of parking and just all-around nice place. The kids loved the playground and we loved the views as well as the serenity all around us.

Loved location, plenty of room, anything you need away from home, playground for kids. Family reunion with our kids and grandkids was wonderful and blessed. Thank you. God Bless you
