    We had a large group of girls stay here and we loved the home! Perfect location, views, and amenities. The only downside was the dishwasher did not work. But otherwise, a great stay!

    Great neighborhood, grocery store and main street easily accessible. Property was clean, plenty of space in common areas, and bedrooms were private and spacious. My only complaint is that the property only provided one trash bag for a 5 day stay with 7 people, and told me we were responsible for buying more trash bags if we needed them. Seemed pretty petty from management

    Great location, beautiful home and views. Kitchen is lovely, has everything you need and more. Hot tub has same amazing views. Multiple public spaces good for all. Very comfortable beds. But the house needs some upgrades. So many throw rugs on top of the old, stretched carpet is not a solution to the need for new flooring - they became trip hazards. Pool cues really need new tips. Several necessary maintenance requests during the week for malfunctioning toilets and showers, unstable dishwasher not attached to cabinet. All en suite bathrooms should have doors, especially since you have to share them with those on the lower level. House alarm goes off almost everyday - first day it went off for 2 hours before anyone came to reset it and teach us how to reset it for ourselves for the rest of the week. No outdoor light bulbs makes for very dark entry. Maintenance was excellent - we just needed too much from them for one week. Advertised as house for 15 but the kitchen cannot seat 15, there isn’t enough gear/shoe/coat storage for 15, apartment sized washing machine, and having people sleep in the open lower level does not work well due to open floors and stairs and no access to a bathroom.

    Contrary to prior reviews, the house was not warm and cozy. Although maintenance came out to check the HVAC system and believed that the furnace and boiler were working, the house was uncomfortably cold. The floor board heaters were not working in the kitchen or the lower three floors and the radiant heating did not appear to be working. Four space heaters were provided, but even with those heaters and the fireplace on 24/7 the lower two levels remained in the low 60s, the next two levels were in the mid to high 60s and only the top floor with bedrooms was comfortably warm. In the process of checking the system on Thanksgiving Day, maintenance set off a fire alarm and we had the fire department arrive on our doorstep. In addition, the dishwasher didn't work even after maintenance came to inspect and claimed to have working. On a positive note, the house decor was charming, the sauna was fantastic, the kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately it was hard to really enjoy it given the temperature!

    We had an amazing time staying at the house. It had tons of amenities and was cozy and warm despite the frigid temperatures. Great communication with the reservations and concierge teams. Would definitely recommend it and will reach out for the same space on next visit. Walkable to Main Street with just a bit of a climb to get back up to the house.

    Our family stayed at 1206 Pinnacle for Thanksgiving. The house and location were excellent, and the rental experience was quite pleasant. The layout of the house was great for our group. We hosted Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen was well appointed, and everything worked well. The sauna/steam/hot tub worked great, were very clean, and were enjoyed by all. Overall, an excellent property. Would highly recommend.
