Your private, secure, and stylish home away from home awaits!

We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items.

There is no mailbox for this property. The local Post Office provides a PO Box for $53/3 months.

**Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement. Security Hold $100.

House Rules:
No smoking in our property - $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the property
No events or parties. You will not be refunded for your stay if you have a party and are asked to leave early. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items as a result of a party or an event.
Pet policy: Maximum of 1 dog under 20 pounds allowed and must be over a year old. No cats. Host is highly allergic to cats. Well trained dogs only. Use of piddle pads is not accepted. Pet must be crated when left alone. Pet is not allowed on furniture, beds, linens, throw blankets, or throw pillows. No aggressive breeds allowed per our insurance. There is no fence for the yard. Non compliance to our pet policy will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund given. No visiting animals. We will charge an additional $150 per animal if you bring in an additional animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a penalty up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail. We take this very seriously.

MAINTENANCE AND ISSUES: Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, internet, appliances, plumbing, and the television.

    Stayed here for a month. Had everything I needed within the property. There's also a TV you can stream on. In a good area and its pretty easy to get around the city from the property.

    Enjoyed staying at this ABB. It was spacious for it’s size. It was very clean & comfortable. Easy access to I55 & local resturants. It’s all you need for 3-4 day stay. Will definitely stay again

    The place was exactly as advertised only perhaps a little nicer than I expected. Sunny, clean, open. The location is perfect—centrally located on the east edge of Fondren with access to everything via I-55. Highly recommend!
