Modern Luxury with Cozy Vibes

My daughter was receiving an award and needed space since we were traveling in from Dallas with family. The house is lovely, checkin and communication was good. Plenty of space, perfect for what we needed. Two things to note. Sofa in living room needs to be replaced, back has no support. There is no privacy door for the forth bedroom, open. Lawn could have been mowed for better drive up appeal. Neighborhood was nice, quiet safe .I would rent sgain...but needs

Cleanliness - most of the issues we had were in the bathrooms. A bathmats was sopping wet upon arrival, when moved bugs scurried away from underneath. A toilet paper holder was broken as well. There were absolutely no wash clothes in the house for either bathroom. In a house that sleeps more than ten people supposedly there were only 4 bath towels. Kitchen - the dishwasher was broken. There was noDish soap in the bottle left on the kitchen sink. The hand soap bottle was also empty. Several of the baseboards were dirty. Living room - the sofa was unsuitable to sit on. It was foam filled back so just fell over backwards when sat upon. Do not know how owner can list this as a 4 bedroom as one room with a bed in it off the kitchen had no door. I have been a VRBO owner for 14 years in a very busy tourist area…I have never charged a guest extra (25/hour) for an early arrival. Really bad customer service. We will be traveling to Beaumont frequently but will not stay here again.

Spent three nights with my wife, two adult sons, daughter-in-law, and four grandchildren ages 7-13. Checkin was communicated well, and without problem. Neighborhood was quiet, little traffic, and conveniently located. Yard was well kept. Beds were as advertised, and a TV in each room was nice. But, overall, the house did not meet our normal VRBO expectations for a number of reasons.First, cleanliness. We arrived to four large trash bins, three inside the garage, completely full of trash and stinking. Cereal and other food under the sofa. The kitchen was not as equipped as we usually experience. Minimal kitchen utensils (no spatula?), pans, etc. No pot holders. No crock pot, etc. No extra paper towels or trash bags. No garbage disposal. Single cup Kuerig coffee maker for a house that sleeps 13? Why not a coffee station or pot? Several appliances not working properly. For example, dishwasher not fully draining, and probably not cleaning properly (and no dishwashing soap provided). Refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser not working. Microwave power went off several times while using, then mysteriously returned a few minutes later. Some of the furniture could use an upgrade. For example, the main sofa is foam, and therefore doesn’t really live up to its function. There were a few other nagging little things that I will communicate to to owner. It’s a good property that with some minor repairs and upgrades would be much better.

We were pleasantly surprised by this home. It was the perfect house for our weekend trip, comfy beds and smart tvs in every room. The kitchen was well stocked. The home was very clean and comfortable. FoWould highly recommend foe anyone

The place was very nice and clean. This is a very spacious and beautiful home, in a quiet neighborhood and close to several restaurants. . Beds were nice and comfortable. I’d recommend getting a small dresser in rooms, but this is just a preference. I like to unpack fully if I’m going to be staying for a few days. Other than that, this would be a great place to stay.

It was overall a good trip very easy access the host was very helpful and was very quick to respond. The home was very clean and a good quiet neighborhood.
