Modern luxury with classic Fredricksburg charm just blocks from Main Street

Beautiful home with original hard wood floors. Great location, large fully stocked kitchen and roomy living room. Enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub which was at a perfect 104 degrees. Main St was only a 1/2 mile walk away. Good communication with the owner and he responded quickly before and during our stay. Perfect for families of bachelorette parties.

Kitchen was under stocked and not clean. Poor maintenance: remote controls with no batteries, bathroom shower door doesn’t close, peddle on trashcan was broken, dishwasher didn’t work. Lastly, very poor communication. On a good note, the bed was comfortable and the shower water was hot.

House was fine. Only thing...while trying to enjoy the jacuzzi, we saw several rats, so we ended up having to go inside.

We had an incredible stay at this VRBO property! The house was impeccably clean and well-organized, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The appliances were top-notch, adding a touch of luxury to our experience. The bathrooms were absolutely amazing, offering a spa-like atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downfall was the limited hand soap in the bathrooms. I found the small soap on day two, but I would recommend having liquid hand soap in the bathroom. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish getaway!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The home is in great location- just a short drive to Main Street-which made exploring the area super convenient. The house was comfortable and plenty of space for our group. A couple of small suggestions: it would be helpful to have more cups and glasses available, especially since the home accommodates up to 10priple. Also the backyard could use some maintenance, as there were some weeds.Overall great experience!

My friends and I came to Fredricksburg for the weekend. This home was the perfect place comfortable and spacious!

Great Stay. Was my Grandparents home that they built around 1945 and sold in 97. Was a great time remembering all the good times with family. Cant wait to book again.

This is such a cute house! Instructions were clear and it was easy to access. Everything was perfect for our weekend Christmas getaway.

The place was great!! Very clean, roomy, and all the necessities were there. The location was great for us to make it to our wine shuttle. We're very pleased and will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Relaxing fun vacation.

Clean, cozy, and perfect location! Located within .5 mile from Main street, the neighborhood is beautiful and walkable. Even with no sidewalks, the streets are very wide and we got our pre-shopping/pre-winery steps in walking up and down the streets admiring all the beautiful homes. When it drizzled, am Uber was only about$5, depending on the hour. Beds were comfy and the home is well appointed with everything you need (bring your own toilet paper if you want the good stuff). The hot tub was a perfect end to our day. We didn't find an iron or ironing board, but it didn't ruin our stay - just be aware if you might need one for yourself.

Overall, the property was enjoyable. Clean, nice appliances and kitchen utensils, good beds, and great water pressure in the showers. We couldn’t connect any of the TV’s the first night but was immediately responded to and fixed the next day. Check-in instructions were not given until the afternoon which was frustrating for traveling guests. The home is located on the corner of a busy street so one bedroom does get some road noise at night.

We went for a 4 generation girls weekend! Oldest was 91, youngest 7. This home mwt all our needs!

House was great, a bit farther to walk to Main Street than expected. I would suggest posting check out policy on website. We would stay here again!
