Step inside and you will notice the difference. Clean modern design with all-tilefloors, a 75 smart TV with Polk surround sound, and a reclining sectional built for movie nights. The electric fireplace adds ambiance with adjustable flames, colors, and optional crackling sound effects. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking in, and the dining area seats 6.

The star of the show is out back, a heated pool and spa on a spacious paver deck overlooking the canal. No rear neighbors, just palm trees and water views. The pool area is fenced for safety and professionally maintained weekly. There's a dining set on the covered patio for outdoor meals.

Every bedroom has blackout shades, a smart fan, and premium bedding. The master suite opens directly to the pool and has its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated LED mirror, and marble vanity. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have queen beds and 50 smart TVs. Bedroom 4 has twin beds, great for kids.

Smart home features throughout: voice-controlled fans, automated blinds and drapes in the master bedroom, kitchen, living room, and sliding glass doors. This is a quiet, non-smoking, pet-free home in a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours after 11 PM. We provide starter supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, soap), but longer stays may need to restock. No parties or unauthorized guests.
