GUEST RENTAL POLICY

Adults 25+ Please check ALL drawers and cupboards carefully before you depart to ensure you have all of your belongings. We are not responsible for any items left at the property or for the shipping of said items. If an item is left behind and we are able to retrieve it, we have a $75 fee to ship any items back to you.
Check out & damage deposit. We send a departure check list and ask that you follow it and leave the property in a neat and tidy condition. We don’t ask our cleaning team to move large items of furniture around, so we request that you return all furniture to its original location. We don’t like to make claims on the damage deposit but if our cleaning staff has to spend additional time above and beyond their allocated hours, to make the property ready for our next guests, we will charge for the additional time.

Failure of essential and non-essential appliances and facilities Please let us know immediately if there is any equipment that is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible; however, there are limited service contractors in our areas, particularly on evenings or weekends. If a breakdown should occur to fundamental elements such as water systems, plumbing and electrical systems, and major appliances such as stove or refrigerator, every effort will be made to repair or replace, or an appropriate refund will be made for the inconvenience caused. No reduction of rent, rebate, or refund will be issued for a mechanical failure of nonessential appliances including but not limited to dishwasher, washer, dryer, entertainment systems.

Please note: If the police are called or the neighbors complain about the noise level or any other types of privacy disruptions, we are subject to take your deposit on the stay. We absolutely never want to do this, but if a situation calls for it we will.

BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors.     The place is described. $10 Uber to Downtown. Very easy check in and out process. The house does need a bit of TLC. There was a couple holes in the wall and the stairs looked like they’d been well worn. You can tell people have enjoyed the house. The hosts were notified and they offered to come out. The beds were really comfortable. The fridge and all appliances worked great. Well stocked kitchen. Would recommend this place and we’d stay here again for sure.

    A short drive to anything we wanted to do. Could have used something better than mini bottles of shampoo, conditioner and tiny bars of soap. A salt & pepper shaker, a few bags of microwave popcorn and that sort of thing would have felt more welcoming and functional.

    This house (townhouse style) is close to the downtown area. We Ubered often even though we had a car. Parking near Broadway is tough. The house is spacious, but be aware, bedrooms are on 1st & 3rd floor w/ kitchen & living area on the second. Lots of stairs!!!! which should have been mentioned. More things mentioned/misrepresented. A roof top deck, there wasn’t one. A TV in every bedroom, there wasn’t. They mention a dining table, but there is only a counter top & stools. They boast a great balcony. The balcony Is close to other units, (a walkway in between) and looks right into the unit across the way. The picture shows all trees, but they are long gone. Even worse, there were no curtains or blinds on our sliders. So no privacy at night. Some problems we encountered were: Clogged shower drains in two of the bathrooms. Ants on the kitchen counter, by the sink and backsplash. We left no food out. We moved the toaster and coffee pot off the counter every night but it didn’t seem to help. We would have gladly scrubbed the counters but there was no cleaning supplies anywhere in the house. We wiped the counters w/paper towels and dish detergent but still had ants in the morning. (Also no kitchen cloth towels). We reached out to the rental Company about the plumbing and they responded right away. All in all it’s a good location, a safe area, close to the airport and downtown. Just ask a lot of questions before you rent.

    A group of 8 of us stayed here. The townhouse is in a decent location, and is a 5-10 min Uber ride to Broadway. We walked home from the Nissan center and felt overall pretty safe. My biggest issue is the bugs in this place!!! There were so many bugs everywhere we looked it seemed like.. from the front porch to the top floor of the townhome. We all had little ants in our beds that we had to get rid of every night. There are ants or spiders randomly on the floors as well… and don’t even get me started on the showers! Every single night I’d have to get rid of the bugs on the shower wall before getting in. Lastly, the walls were very very dirty, and a lot of the stairs have wood that’s chipping away.

    Absolute great time with family and friends. Perfect location, quick Uber to Broadway and downtown. Communication with Host Extraordinaires was quick and easy. House was the perfect fit for the group of us. Will stay again next year if available.
