Modern luxury home on 40 acres w/ stunning views 15 min. from Sugarbush Ski Area

Amazing stay at the Fayston Barn. We were blessed with 22 inches of snow upon arrival, making our ski strip as good as could be. The house was great. Comfortable, clean, and well appointed. And, great radiant heating throughout the house! (It was a high of 0 degrees most days, and negative at night). We can't wait to find some time to come back-

My family has stayed in a dozen + rentals in the past few years & I am here to say that the Barn exceeds all expectations. Every detail of this property, inside & out, has been carefully curated, with no detail overlooked. We were in the area for a friend's daughter's wedding and wanted to stay together, cook, laugh and have a great time- and that is exactly what the Fayston Barn provided. Very comfortable accomodations- plenty of space. We loved the theater in the lower level and the firepit out back. Kitchen was very well appointed. We had wonderful weather which made the views from every room truly breathtaking. We enjoyed the history of the property and walking the trails on property as well as finding so many great hikes close by. Thank you Chet and Patti for allowing us into your home and making it so welcoming. An amazing property in a wonderful location to enjoy the beauty that is VT in the fall.

Fayston Barn is a lovely and very comfortable mountain house with a modern, high-end buildout that is very family friendly. It is close enough to Waitsfield and Sugarbush for easy access to restaurants/shops and skiing, yet remote enough to feel removed from the holiday crowds. We had a truly wonderful stay.

What a special beautiful place to stay — every detail has been thought of (like having fat wood out for the fire place), and everything just worked. Owners/managers were super responsive (not that we really needed anything). Views from every bedroom are unreal. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Totally blew away all our expectations! Absolutely first class accommodations on a stunning piece of property. The hosts have thought of everything! Tastefully done, High End finishes, But with the warmth and cozy feeling of home. Wonderful art displayed, which adds to both the history of the hosts and their design of their spectacular home! We Enjoyed every second, and you will too!

We had a wonderful time at the Fayston Barn! The house was perfectly appointed with everything we needed and plenty of room for our whole family. We loved all the trails and and the peace and quiet of being away from it all. Such a great spot. We will be back!!

we have stayed at many houses in VT over the years and this one was hands down the best one yet. Chet was terrific and so was Patty the caretaker. You cannot find better views than this house. everyone who stayed at the house was blown away by the quality of the house, the setting and the views. You will not be disappointed
