Stayed May 28, 2025While the place was very nice, the lack of maintenance did detract from our enjoyment. The door screen couldn't close and the blinds were falling apart. We fixed the loose toilet seat ourselves and supplied our own paper towels. The slope and steps to the entrance should be part of the description. I use a cane and that was difficult for me.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024We’ve stayed there 3 times in one year and really like the villa but some maintenance needs done. The vertical blinds need replaced as many are missing, the toilet seat is really loose, light bulbs are out in the bathroom and the wet leaves on the entry way and to the hot tub made it slippery and the hot tub not accessible. We would love to come back if those things are fixed. A personal preference but the bed mattress is extremely hard. The place is very cute and close to our son’s house so location is great for us! If you have any questions for us, please reach out.

Stayed Jul 9, 2024The room has everything you need and it was cool inside when we arrived. It was 103 degrees the first day we arrived. The neighborhood is very nice with lots of trees and well-kept yards and gardens. The bed was comfortable and there is plenty of closet space. It seemed like this is a relatively new build and the finishes are very nicely done. The space was mostly quiet except for some construction noise next door during the day. The property is only about a mile from Woodinville's stores and services. The main grocery store is Haggen and has everything including an extensive wine department. We have been there many times and have some favorite eating places. For classic diner food and homey atmosphere go to the Woodinville Diner for breakfast and lunch. For Pizza, go to the Pizza Coop. They have gluten-free pizza and the Detroit-style deep dish pizza is wonderful. This trip we went to the Cut Shop for the first time which is a roadhouse type restaurant and bar with a 60s vibe. We loved it and went for Taco Tuesday and Wednesday for Tomahawk night. The Tomahawk steak is $99 but could feed four people. We took a big chunk home along with a lot of mashed potatoes. It was a real experience. We also tried the Cava Azul restaurant for the first time. The food and service is excellent. Prices are reasonable and we shared a salad that was plenty for two people. We would call it elevated Mexican cuisine. Finally, there is the wine end of Woodinville a couple of miles away. There is a mind-boggling array of wine tasting shops to try out. We like Gorman right at the traffic circle and there is a pizza place in the same complex. Chateau St. Michelle has summer concerts with famous names if you plan ahead and get tickets. There are some nicer restaurants near the wine hub like the Barking Frog. The Woodinville Whiskey Company is nearby and a large number of micro-breweries. Closer to Bothell is the Puget Sound Distillery which specializes in Rum with tours and tastings. Have fun and bon appetit!
