Stayed Dec 31, 1969a walk-up: stairs steep, narrow treads with high uneven risers - danger to anyone with any mobility issues. Spotted two probable electric code violations: unless the receptacle is split, fridge shared with toaster/coffee maker. Upper Bathroom receptacle without GFCI is close to water. Burned out light over stove and elsewhere, Cleaning suspect: in kitchen area bottles/cans from previous occupant left behind. Plumbing reversed in kitchen. Water on floor near front entry, possible leak from bathroom above., inadequate furniture especially seating, Chromecast inaccessible from phone or laptop, no shelving at all in either shower....
