Stayed Jun 7, 2023Property was what the pictures had shown. The property owner was traveling abroad so worked with Ron who was very nice. Unfortunately there was a leak in the bathroom, the refrigerator didn’t work so we couldn’t store food in the there and the grass was extremely high.

Stayed Feb 23, 2023This place us ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE. The hosts are EXTREMELY sweet and responsive. 2 of us got there and couldn't figure out that a remote worked some lights. I messaged and they responded immediately. One of the host came by and showed us how to work somethings and was the nicest ever. They have updated this place beautifully. We would 100% stay here again. The location was perfect for us also as we were visiting Broadway but other places as well. The planes near the airport also not an issue. Also, one of the people who stayed has cleaned homes for her entire working career for high end clients and had no complaints on the cleanliness of this place, none of us did actually. All in all a beautiful and clean place, quiet neighbors, and very accommodating hosts.

Stayed Nov 24, 2022I will say that the communication with the property owner was outstanding. The problems that I had was not things that could be addressed at the moment but at least she was receptive of the info and promised to make it right. It really needs a deep clean and maintenance, but with understanding if you don't live or visit the property occasionally you don't know this. Location was great but the surrounding neighbors was not clean. Again, I am sure these problems will be addressed and the next person will enjoy it!
