Modern Like New LUXURY 3,200 SQ FT Home In An Awesome Location! Sleeps 12!

This is our second time staying here, many updates. Wonderful deck, large fenced yard, ample parking. Just a great place. enjoyed family meals together Thank you Waye !!

This home was perfec in size, location to the state fair grounds. A wonderfully quiet and safe neighborhood. We highly recommend this home.

Basically it is our yearly get together. Way great stay.

Great place to stay in Springfield. Will definitely stay again when visiting relatives

Although the home was nice, it was not Like New or Luxury. The layout of the house and the many bedrooms with queen beds met our requirements. There were plenty of bath towels provided. The kitchen was well equipped, but not gourmet. There was a nice new deck. The AC worked pretty well. Definitely needed fans in some of the upstairs bedrooms that did not get adequately cooled.Overall our biggest issue with the house was cleanliness and general upkeep. There were 10-12 bags of smelling garbage in the garage when we arrived. Although the owner contacted his neighbor to come to remove it, we should not have had to deal with that. There were also fly contact paper on the floor in the Living room in 2 corners of the room that appeared to have been there a while based on the number of dead bugs on them. We had to close off that room because we had a baby that was crawling. The family room sofa is badly stained-should be professionally cleaned or covered. There are stains on the carpeting on the stairs. There were permanent stains in some of the toilets.We have rented many homes through VRBO and have never had this kind of experience. This is a beautiful home. It is a shame that there is not more attention to upkeep and ensuring visitors arrive to a clean home!

This is an awesome location for conveniently getting to everything around Springfield while being a nice family neighborhood. The house felt comfortable with tons of space. Cleanliness was not what we’re used to at rental homes where we usually stay and many parts felt well-worn, so not especially the “modern like new luxury” stated in the title. This is more like stepping into someone’s vacation home while they’re away which was very nice and comfortable for us but don’t expect perfection in the way we have often become accustomed to in many vrbos.

Very clean and well taken care of, plenty of room and quiet neighborhood

We appreciated all of the space and many bedrooms. Although the weather was rainy and we couldn’t use the yard, it looked like a huge space and nice deck. The basement was another nice place to hang out. Some of the basic essentials like more hand soap we didnt see was available. We would recommend this property and stay there again.

This house was perfect for our stay! Everything was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this property and I would stay here again.

New deck, fully stocked kitchen utensils for cooking. Its a great neighborhood thats close to everything needed. Have stayed here several times. Love it!

We state here while our kids were showing their cows at the state fair. This house was a perfect location for an easy drive to the fairgrounds everyday. We didn't get to spend a whole lot of time at the house but it was a very nice house. Would definitely stay here again.

Although we had a wonderful time, it was because of the people we were with. The listing advertised a like new, luxury property. Dirty carpeting, a dilapidated deck, badly stained toilet bowl, and completely neglected lawn and landscaping screams UNCARED FOR PROPERTY The house is spacious, and the kitchen is great, but LUXURY and LIKE NEW are completely false advertising. We paid top dollar for a place that was mediocre at best. It wasn't worth contacting the owner upon arrival because we didn't exactly have the choice to go elsewhere, and nothing was immediately fixable. Learned a lesson here, not excited about going the VRBO route again.

We stayed there for a convention downtown. The location was great, drive was simple, and a great house to relax in!

Started off kind of slow, but owner communicated and corrected everything effectively and efficiently. Home was very inviting as well as comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely visit this location again!

We really loved the property, and loved how quiet the neighborhood was. We're only in town twice per year to study with our mentor, so we're gone the entirety of the day, and it was nice to come back for a good nights sleep. At first we couldn't find the extra beds but Wayne was very responsive and let us know where they were located. The shower in the master bedroom caused quite a stir at first, being that there is no door to the bathroom and when you enter you see a glorious shower with no privacy ? We called it the Exhibition Shower and either sent a text to our housemates or announced when that shower was available,
