Modern Lakeshore Home! 2 minute drive to the beach! Community pool 3 houses away

The property was as expected based on the listing and we were very comfortable there. Communication was easy and the location was great for what we wanted. We highly recommend this home!

We had a great time…even though the weather wasn’t great for beach time we enjoyed our stay.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful week together. The home, and the back yard were very comfortable. The house was only three doors from the pool and the community room which had ping-pong and foosball set up. We were disappointed that two of the bedrooms were actually lofts. There was no way to darken these areas for sleeping. There was no bathroom on the same floor. We were able to work out the sleeping arrangements. The communication with the owner was excellent. All in all I would recommend this home.

The house was nice. Two sleeping area were lofts where we put the teens. So in the morning they heard us all downstairs. Not good for them. Bathrooms had only one towel rack which was a nightmare in keeping everyone’s towels separate House advertises for 16 people. So there were 16 forks 16 teaspoons. You get the idea. A few pots and pans but none big enough to cook 12 ears of corn. Kept running out of things like toilet paper This was definitely a rental house. On the plus side Lake Michigan is a fantastic beach. Community was very nice.

Every year for the past 3 years we have done a family vacation. This year we stayed here. It was PERFECT! The kids ages 13-23 all had their own areas and the adults had their own rooms as well. We really liked the open layout of the house. The host checked in to make sure we were having a good time and if there was anything we needed. We took advantage of the club house that had ping pong and a pool. The use of the bikes was really nice as well. I would definitely recommend.

Great location. The pool and bikes were nice. Plenty of common space with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Plenty of kids toys and the blue bean bag chair was awesome. The large dining room table was great. Nice grill which we used every night. Just a few minor detractions: few bathroom towels; no top sheets on the beds; no dish towels.

Beautiful home- in a great complex with a pool and ping pong. Loved that there were bikes. Great outdoor space and very comfortable!
