Modern Lake Home with Private Boat Dock with two story Party Deck in Gainesville

We were in town for a 50th birthday party in the family and your house was ideal - great location, very clean and well maintained and appointed. The rooms were a great size and the lower level space was ideal for a family of 4. We were busy visiting family most of the time, so we didn’t get to enjoy the lake - perhaps in the future.

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving family holiday in Gainesville! The property was spotless, with comfortable sleeping for our 3 couples, 2 young adults, and 1 3yr old. Many thoughtful amenities made our stay enjoyable and comfortable.The hosts were responsive and quick with communications and easy instructions for arrival and departure.Would highly recommend this listing for a fun family getaway!

Great getaway in a spacious house with plenty of beds and places to hang out. Light switches were a bit confusing but everything worked without issue and was a clean place to retire to for the evening(s).

This is a nice, spacious house. We were only there two days for an engagement party in Gainesville. We had five adults. Jackie and Richard were great hosts. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had such a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The home was spacious, clean, and immediately felt welcoming! It was perfect for our group. It was so nice to be able to set our bags down and instantly start enjoying the beautiful lake views. The hosts truly thought of everything: from kayaks and canoes (with life jackets included!) to a fully stocked kitchen and cozy spaces to relax in and they were available for all questions we had and so helpful!The basement was great as it was roomy and comfortable for movie nights and just lounging around. We even lost power during an unexpected storm, and it turned into such a fun night thanks to the thoughtful stash of board games and cards they had available.The location was also incredibly convenient and close to grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else we needed during our trip.We would absolutely stay here again if we're in the area. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and peaceful lakeside charm. Highly recommend!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The hosts are very polite and never hesitated to respond to any of my messages/calls and they came asap whenever needed. I HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone who's looking to get away. Its very beautiful and located in a very convenient and quiet area. It did not take long to get to any stores nor the mall. I can't wait to book again in the future.
