Modern Lake Erie Cottage w/ Hot Tub Near Wineries

Perfect For a Girls Trip! If you are looking for the perfect house for a girls weekend…this is it! The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated—cozy without feeling cramped. The owner truly thought of every little detail. There were little snacks on each bed and a bag of popcorn waiting for us. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook/grill for dinner(bring PAM spray or butter), make breakfast in the morning, and the coffee bar is ready to go (bring your own coffee, filters, and creamer). There are tons of bath towels and large towels for the hot tub. The outdoor area/hot tub is awesome to hang in after a day at the wineries. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was prompt and friendly. You can tell they really care about creating a great experience for their guests. I especially appreciated the little touches like local recommendations and a welcome magazine. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, spotless, and homey place to stay!

It was moldy and the location description was deceiving. Everything of interest was at least a 20 minute drive.

We honestly can't stop talking about how the beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in, especially with those incredible down comforters. After a long day of driving, the hot tub was an absolute dream and the perfect way to relax. The property was lovely, clean, and in pristine condition. The beds were large and comfy. The kitchen was spacious and had all we needed. The table was large and accommodated all of us. We didn’t use the hot tub but it seemed to be in working order. The backyard patio furniture was nice and clean. Overall a great place to stay!

Beautiful home. Looks just like the pictures! Hosts were friendly and responsive. Only a short drive to the beach and perfect pick up area for winery tours.

This place is an absolute gem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean, within 15 minutes of many wineries, close location to the water, and it had great amenities. It was so cute and we had many great photo opportunities. I will certainly be back!

No surprises! This place is just as cute and clean as it looks on website. Love the black & white modern decor, but still cozy. Some very cute personal touches, including coffee bar, snacks, etc. We loved the outdoor space with the table gas fireplace. Our host was very nice, and quick to respond with any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for an event at Spire and this was a great spot to stay. It was easy to get to, in a quiet neighborhood and very well-appointed. The Welcome packet was phenomenal and included all information that we would need. Aimee was amazing, helped me adjust our rental dates when the event dates changed and responded to all communication quickly. The home was immaculate and the check in process was convenient and easy. Highly recommend this home.

The home was gorgeous with little extras like a coffee bar with keurig, snacks on our bed, all utensils and towels etc. Needed. The hot tub never reached 100 degrees amd it was feeezing outside so we ended up going inside to warm up. It was also not clear water.

We really enjoyed our stay for the night for a moms night away! Our only complaint was the hot tub was not very hot and we could not figure out how to get the outdoor lights to work but everything else was clean and accommodating.

Was a great choice to stay with a few friends for a girls weekend! Definitely recommend!

Cute, comfy, and cozy place! Everything was clean and in place when we arrived. Great place to sit back and enjoy a girls weekend! 15 min drive to the attractions on GOTL, also, we had an awesome local Uber named Brian that was full of knowledge of the area and got us safely to and from! Great communication with owner with check in and when needing assistance with the hot tub water level. The hot tub needed skimmed from residue that was probably from not being on much lately and could have been warmer but is not and was not a deal breaker for us, we still highly enjoyed! Thank you for the cutest welcome basket as well! We appreciate your house and would recommend to others.

Such a nice place to stay if you’re looking for a clean, updated, and quiet location. Also just a special shout-out for having the most comfortable mattresses. We had a great time. Would stay here again.

We had a great time at this Modern Cottage. The place was roomy, clean, and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and the whole place had plenty of seating! The hosts also thought of everything even leaving little treats for us! Even though this place is not located on the water it is very close. It is also close to many beautiful wineries.
