Modern Indianapolis Home < 2 Mi to Downtown!

I did not receive instructions on how to even enter the house, they respond to vrbo messages via email and it is a different person responding each time. Each email tells you to contact a different guest host and they do not actually address the issue at hand. The house is in a questionable neighborhood, but it is a nice house. The communication of the people/company that own this house is the worst that I have ever had when using vrbo.

Unfortunately, our experience with this rental was quite disappointing. The fridge was not working during our entire stay, and despite several attempts to contact the host, we never received any response or support. Additionally, the unit is located right next to what appears to be a construction site. There was constant noise, day and night, making it very difficult to relax or get proper rest. Overall, the lack of basic service, communication, and the 24/7 construction noise made our stay very unpleasant.

The house was very convenient to downtown, and had been recently remodeled. The neighboring property looks rough, but otherwise super convenient place to stay then I will definitely book again.

The fridge didn't hold temperature and sat at about 55 degrees whole throwing an error code. We left messages for the listed point of contact and never got a response. I called the Evolve customer service line and they said they would contact the site manager and owner, never heard back. Evolve sent an email asking for any documentation, not sure what they meant. The house is obviously a quick flip, a towel rack popped off the wall as soon as we hung a towel on it and the floors have a lot of flex.

Overall, comfortable stay and great for zoo. Pros: very clean, 3 bedrooms with one on first floor and quiet street. Ease of getting in. Although I asked a few questions upon booking, those weren't initially answered. The week of, the property manager did respond to my outreach quickly. Cons: although it says suitable for elderly, the handrail was missing for the first set of stairs from the street to house. There was no handrail for the second stairs at all. My dad almost fell due to no railing to hold onto. Something that was disappointing was we couldn't watch local TV as the Olympics were on as it seemed it was a streaming TV. In fairness I didn't reach out as we were there for 2 nights. We enjoyed our stay and if the handrails were in place, I would have given 5 stars.

The house was in a great location for the reasons we in town. House was great and roomy enough for all of us. We were able to check in early which was really nice.

This was definitely the cutest and nicest home in the area! It was very comfortable, clean and convenient for our needs. We'd probably stay there again if we found ourselves visiting the area again!
