Stayed Jan 22, 2026Do not recommend anyone staying in this home! The pictures are very deceiving, this house was filthy in so many ways when we arrived. Shower curtain filthy, floor filthy, walls filthy, dead bugs smashed on walls and doors, sheets not cleaned, and both patio areas were gross. Though the management company was responsive they were dismissive. I rented this home for my graduation in Disney springs. This experience definitely ruined my weekend. The water was even was cut off during our stay! I do not recommend at all.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025We had our family reunion here, It was great. Had a few items that didn’t work, but nothing that really affected our stay. Had quick response from the host management and they said they would come out and address our issues. But as I said, they were things that didn’t really affect us. Great time and the pool and theater room were a great hit with the kids…and adult kids.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025This home is large enough to accommodate well over 20 people or more. We all had our own bedroom and bath. Only the 2 kids rooms had to share a bathroom. Plus, having 3 extra half baths, one on each floor and then even a half bath outside by grill & pool area was very nice.The pool and hot tub was used daily and was a major hangout place for my family. No need to purchase heat for these, the sun kept these areas luke cool. Theater room was a huge bonus, the kids loved this.We used the grill a lot because the Stove top stopped working. They ordered a new one, but it hadn't arrived during our stay. After 2 days without a stove, it just started working again. We were able to cook all the food we had bought. Having 2 refrigerators & dishwashers, excellent idea and was so needed for our big family. 5 cars were able to fit into driveway. The issues.You have to bring your own wash cloths and pool towels, none provided.Need mixing bowls and better pans for frying. Should possibly have plastic cup, cereal bowls & plates for the kids. In gameroom, PacMan game didn't work. Sofa pillows in game room zippers were broken.Some bedrooms lacked nightstands and dressers. Closets in all bedrooms were nice size & hangers provided. Washing machine possibly need replace. Not able to handle large capacity, towels & blankets won't allow spin cycle to work. Noone was ready to leave. We loved our accomondations. Had a blast at Disney & others . But not allow to use resort activities.

Stayed Feb 9, 2024They send you a QR code which you don’t have to have you can go and come as you please as long as you have address! Our condo was unlocked so we had quest that just drove through the gate entered the house and all they had was address was a security thing to me! Once I got there the back sliding door was broke so could not lock it and they power kept going off up stars! Dishwasher was broke as well! They did come and fix everything 48 hrs later-just frustrating in the beginning we did make several calls to make that happen! It was very clean and had everything you need to stay a week. We did have plenty of room HOT TUB did not work and of course you have to pay to warm the pool. Side note: I was worried about the condo being unlocked upon arrival they told us to call the police if we wanted the condo checked-told us the security guard could not do that but was glad to call you out if you were 2 inches in the rd while trying to unpack 6 vehicles! Other than all that we had a great trip! Movie room there was nothing there to blue tooth or plug into to watch a movie!

Stayed Dec 28, 2023The check in process was smooth, but the house alarm was constantly beeping every time someone opens the pool patio door. The alarm was never quiet. It took about two hours to find out why alarm is beeping. One of the bar stools legs was already broken. Our kid fell off from the chair. The bedrooms did not have a comforter or a blanket. All the bedrooms had was just a throw. There was no extra blankets. The garage door was not opening. The first bedroom on the left as soon as you enter was broken. One person almost fell. The screen door upstairs was off the rail. We had issues with the theater room. Despite of so many messages, it was not fixed until we left. It was very disappointing experience. PLEASE CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU GO

Stayed Dec 23, 2023My family of 18 and I enjoyed the home very much. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. There was enough room in the house so that we can spread out and not feel as if we were on top of each other. The pool size was huge compared to the jacuzzi size pools that I have seen at other homes. The community where the home is located is beautiful as well. Overall our stay was a 10 out of 10!
